Rule out PDC, GP & NA from the managerial equation because I believe they'll all be elsewhere. Who would you all like to see at the helm next season? Oh, and be realistic.
MOT
Karl robinson from mk dons
Joe Jordan
Id like PDC, cannot understand why we haven't got him already, free!, but if not him, and being realistic it has to be someone who wouldn't command a compensation fee, that's why GP is out, I'd like either RDM or more realistically Mark Hughes
I would like Mick McCarthy. He loves Leeds and is a no nonsense manager.

Roberto Di Matteo

Dougie freedman would be a good choice

If them 3 are going to be in the prem league which 3 managers are going to be dropping down a league. can't see Harry redknapp dropping down a league
Eddie howe
Alex McCleish. Jokes
Uwe Rosler maybe a good outside bet :)

If money no object - I would like Roberto Di Mateo as manager. Would have liked him from the start. I Warned about Warnock from the off - knew it would end in tears. Not only no promotion or play offs I/we have had to watch extremely poor football even when we have won. If we can't get a recognised manager please let it be someone who can get the team trying to play with the ball on the ground with a squad that is looking forward not working on their retirement funds.

Terry Butcher or Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. most Leeds fans might not be happy about that one but, I think he'd do a good job. Terry Butcher has performed nothing short of a miracle in Scotland.
No idea why the obsession with Di Matteo. Hasn't stayed anywhere more than a season and a half and even then, has only managed three clubs. Same issue with Paulo Di Canio. We'd be looking at yet another rebuild in 18 months time. OP asked for realistic suggestions other than Nigel Adkins. He and Gus Poyet are nailed on for the job in my opinion but, failing that, see first line.

he man I would like to see is sean o, driscoll -u may laugh, but with the likes of our young lads-BYRAM-LEES-WHITE-POLEON-experience with -MC, CORMACK-MORRISSON-WARNOCK-TONGE-GREEN-NORRIS- and his nouse for geting the best out of ours or other fringe players-WHAT CAN WE LOSE.
Macalister but with proper funding
Op said be realistic
So where's the "proper funding " going to come from realistically?

Karl Robinson. Seems one of the only logical, realistic options.
Big sam if west ham don't give him a new contract
Jamie Carragher and keep Warnock as adviser for a season.
