Wells 100% to sign now bradford cup run ended badly

He's garbage, league 1 potential at best.

Why would we want to sign him, he's in a lg2 team in 12th in their league? Yeah they have had a cup run and got to a final but that doesn't make nakhi wells comparable with cronaldo or anything daft like that,. get real.

Hi quite correct my man, if you buy from the lower leagues then you will end up in the lower leauges, Do not rate Wells, if he was so good than he would not have been the player brought off when Bradford had their goalkeeper sent off. ipso facto {Ed013's Note - LeFondre?}

Good call ed le fondre lambert or someone earlier mentioned a cheaky D Bent loan either one would rip championship defences apart, even bent coming off bench to score the tap ins we so desperately need scoring!
That would show us some GFH INTENT

Don't buy from lower leagues? What nonsense! Are you forgetting were Beckford came from? Craig Mackail Smith seems to be doing ok, Le Fondre (cheers Ed), Rickie Lambert, Tim Cahill all sucesful after being snapped up by a team who recognised their potential. The list goes on and on! I'd love to see us adopting this approach and building a young, hungry team to move forward with.
Hate to say it, but it seems to be working out for Norwich.

Of course you buy from the lower leagues, look at the Swansea and Wales captain used to play for Stockport.
Problem with Wells though is that he simply isn't good enough

Surely the obvious player who was a success from lower league or in this case non-league is Jermain Beckford, he turned out alright didn't he. Having said that I don't particularly rate Nahki Wells

Was he playing yesterday?!

Snodgrass, Becchio, Johnson, Beckford. ! Most of our outstanding talent of recent years has come from the lower leagues. But it requires good and astute scouting of course to identify the wheat from the chaff, and that's the challenge -otherwise you end up with Ryan Hall. Chapel A

Snodgrass and Becchio were International transfers in when our team was in the lower leagues

GFH stated that they do not want to give up controlling interest in LUFC so if this post is true they were only in it to make a fast buck with a quick turnaround, if all this does come to fruition the FA need to look into this and stop this practise immediately, OUR football club is not some plaything for the stinking rich to toy with.

I'm sure we've heard it all before so what's the next excuse when leeds don't spend any money because there isn't really no wealthy backers

It will be wednesday and 12 million already paid by Pearson / Parkin consortium. Parkin is a schoolmate of a schoolmate of mine ( he was year below at Matthew Murray in Leeds ) and mate text to tell me today. And yes he is a mate who Parkin invited to his box at Elland Road

I was talking to the chief Scout for the Magpies who was on a scouting mission in France (where else!). he took in a game where St Etienne was the opposition (he was watching some other player), Gradel came off the bench and he stated that since he has gone to France, Max has become a much more developed player, capable of cutting up defenses. That means no chance of coming back to LUFC.

No chance, I'm liking morison and macca up front. Give them chance to bed in properly and get to know each others games and we'll be OK. Don't want to upset the team.
