Simeon jackson dj campbell or unfortunately heskey

I'd take the majority but please no heskey!

Some good players on that list. I'd take the proverbial out of Heskey like everyone else because in all fairness he deserves it but the truth is he'd destroy this league with his power. I guarantee you every manager in this league would want him, he's a nightmare for defenders.
Shoots like he's allergic to scoring but Ross, Snodgrass, Clayton etc would have a field day feeding off him

Whats with all the ex playes on that list?? Harding, Richardson, Smith, Derry and Gradel...somehow I think not

I think we could do with someone like Derry also I would not mind vargen moen on a free?

Everyone gives Heskey far too much stick! yes he's not a goalscorer, yes he falls over far too easy but everything else that he could bring to the team would be invaluable! If a deal could be done with Heskey id be over the moon. MOT

Think you live in a fantasy world mate,i would say about 75% of them lot have never been and never will be linked with the club

I have seen Heskey play very well for England never mind the championship. Not a great goal scorer but would be cut above anything else in the division for creating chances ans bringing other players into the game. Remember we are not talking about the premiership here. We could, and have, do a lot worse.

just heard Derbys paul green will not be in the team on saturday to face peterbrough as he has signed a pre contract agreement with leeds and cloughy is said to be furious as he feels derby made green a very good offer and put faith in him when other teams wouldnt... watch this space saturday...

2 club captains? thats normal, vice captain maybe also where is your evidence?

If you read the post it states "Snodgrass going the other way" plus 3 million for Zak Whitbread. So there wont be 2 captains !

Not true, Nw has stated he wants snod to be captain next season and get us back to the prem where he will sign a new deal !

Maybe snodgrass has decided to move on u never know with leeds i hope he hasn't but if he has id rather take a straight 5-8 mil for him

Why would we give them Snoddy when Whitbread's out of contract in the summer?

I think its pretty clear that snoddy is waiting to sign the contract he's been offered, when he knows who NW is bringing in, and what our chances of promotion are.

Whitbread has a long history of injuries & therefore no more useful than o'brien or bruce are to us now. we need a consistant pairing at the back week in week out, no more crocks please!

My mates just seen Emile Heskey at Leeds train station with Shaun Harvey. Potential signing?

Heard the same thing, finalising the deal this week. Announcement to be made at the Leicester game

As if top flight footballers (hate to admit heskey is) would use public transport. I wouldn't if earned my salary on a weekly basis. We dont want heskey, is he an improvment on becchio? we want to add pace!

Heskey was just changing trains to get to Stirling for a trial with East Stirling. Shaun Harvey was going to London to sign Lionel Messi for a season long loan.

I love the silly season....heard Stuart Pearce also looking to take him to the Euro's also...

Come on, serious posts only, Leeds do their transfer in the quiet, hardly quiet bringing him up on the train straight through the middle of Leeds, then waiting for a taxi to get to Thorpe Arch....

Leeds to make a move for Wigan striker Connor Sammon for a fee of 300k

Connor Sammon is worth more than that, much more! Yeah he might not score many but his work rate and all other aspects of him game are brilliant, much like a young Heskey.

I wouldnt even waste another min, for 300k, I'd regard him as a must have. Good player, fast, strong, works hard, quite skillful.

heard leeds would be due £1.5mil compensation if white leaves (source nufcblog)...if howson is worth £2m then let him go!
