Austin sold to Wigan for 500k according to Sky. Probably true as out of contract in 4 months and numbered amounts rarely feature in any Leeds transfer incoming or outgoing so seems there's some legs to this story. Doubt if Redders is pleased.

Probably right. Mixed feelings on this one as he has been doing well recently - another one that could bite us! Still, it will offset the deficit in pennies and we have cover! Shame NR was allowed to make that statement ref keeping him - shows that he really has no say and must get what he can out of the hand he is dealt! If it is true of course!?!

I did predict this and totally agree peacock, in fact it's a slap in Redders face, they should have told him it was on the cards .
Seems all the old Warnock/Mc derm players are going, wages maybe .

He's going no where in this window, I think he will get a 2 year deal at end of season with us and I for one want him to stay. He's played well of late.

Yes, further more club has released a statement saying he is NOT for sale .
I 'm glad more from a view that Redfern made his comments and it would make him look a plum .
Tonge has gone to Millwall, but that is also on sky so we will see .

Oh well, sure he'll be gone in the summer. He'll need to if we're ever going to progress. Need a better class of player long term.
