Quietly excited about next season Nicola Salerno has rejected Palermo hopefully this is a good sign for leeds as this guy is a bargain hunter
Hearing Andre Blackman is being looked
Even though Cellno did most of the talking when Hockaday was asked questions was impressed with his answers he talks a good game "Next season no team while work harder" and "my aim is to play attractive attacking football" these impressed me, makes a change from the hoofball played previously

Fingers and toes crossed for salerno to come :) :)

I wish I hadn't renewed my season ticket yesterday, Another disappointing season ahead, I hope I'm wrong but from what I've read about this guy it's not looking good.

Agree4 Disagree1

I cannot believe this has actually happened. I know some will say give him a chance but come on, sacked at Forest Green, Jesus! On a brighter note though Cellino has repaid the £950k owed to Sport Capital so winding up petition to be withdrawn on monday and bank account unfrozen. let's sign some players now!

MOT!

Agree4 Disagree1

Wonder what MC will do if people don't take option of season tickets due to bargain basement appointment of whackaday er sorry hockaday, laughing stock comes to mind and I for one ain't parting with my money purely in protest.
MC will learn very quickly what the proud fans of this club expect.

Agree2 Disagree3

This could be the worst thing to ever happen to this once great club, MC picking the team, signings, etc. This is his play thing, why did it have to be us? Relegation odds on! Who will want to sign for us now, and of the current squad who will want to stay? Nightmare of nightmares IMO, I'm all for giving some one a chance but this is unbelievable, PLEASE let me be wrong. MOT

Agree2 Disagree2

Having listened to the hock speaking on LUTV I haven't got much confidence. He maybe only a coach, but at the end of the day leeds are a team, with fans with high expectations and not some tin pot non league team. Does he have the brains or the balls to make the key decisions during a match day.

Agree2 Disagree0

I believe that he has been given a hover mower and told his first job is to get TA ready for pre-season? How long is the grass there now? Pitches must be in a fine condition.

Agree1 Disagree0

Just to add to my previous post. That's not showing on here yet . Does any one think even "the special one " would have made Forest Green a great team? Of course nor. The hock as never had the tools to work with. Its time to give the guy a break and judge him on results and not what happened in the past. And just to add. Yes I was surprised as any one at cellinos choice of coach. But let's trust him. After all he has put the mighty whites on an even keel at long last.

It was between him and Eddy the Eagle!!

Agree0 Disagree0

I am judging him on his results. He lost 7 of the first 8 league games at Forest Green before being sacked. He was sacked by Watford because the players didn't like his training or style of play and sacked by Southampton.

We might as well of just kept Redfearn or Gibbs as the coach.

Can we start a book on who will be our next coach/manager as this guy won't be around long

Agree2 Disagree1

I 'm shocked but don't think he will be with us long, less than three months as my predictions seem to be a whole lot better than some rumours posted .

Agree1 Disagree0

Do we know what's happening to the current coaches? I'd be disappointed to see them go as part of this - look at what happened at Man U when Moyes came in.

Agree0 Disagree0

Give this guy a chance can't be any worse than our previous managers and for attracting players cellino job so all stop bitching judge the bloke after 10 games

Agree1 Disagree1

Stop moaning for gods sake
So many of you moaed when Bates was in charge, all happy when GFH take over, then moan about them, then happy that Cellino takes over and now you moan about him as he has brought an unknown in the train the team and get them fit.
Do you not think that MC has a bit more about him? Do you not think that having kept Cagliari up for so long with 3000 gate receipts every week, he actually knows what he is doing. So what if he decides which players are signed, so what if he picks the team, he knows more than the rest of us!
Some of you are only happy when you are moaning.
For once, support the team you claim to love

Agree1 Disagree1

In his own words he's still learning about English football and it shows in this signing

Agree0 Disagree0

Here here Kebabman. let's give the man a chance and the players of next seasons squad whoever they are.

Agree0 Disagree0

Have to agree with Kebabman, get behind OUR new coach, OUR owner and OUR team

Was hoping for a big name like Ranieri, failing a big name, a name at least like McKay, ended up with a no name, never heard of him. what the heck is going on. this is Leeds United we are talking about not a pub team! Laughing stock.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ere ere kebaman, same people moaning all the time.
We must have a Victor Meldrews supporters club on ere ;)

Agree0 Disagree0

Strand
Let's get Ranieri in on £100k a week, he wants top players god knows how much they will cost. Then we decide he's crap, oh dear another £5 mill compo down the drain and the whites heading for admin.
Ranieri-McKay all managers didn't MC tell you he wanted a coach?
GET REAL mate!

Salerno rejects Palermo and is reportedly linking up with MC and bringing Inter Milan goalkeeper Raffaele Di Gennaro with him

Believable20 Unbelievable14

Really hope this is true

Agree0 Disagree0

If this is true it will make up for being underwhelmed over Hockaday. Could be the link needed.
