Financial problems as we are aware are blocking any form of loan signings. Leeds have made eenquiries with player agents about availability however talks can't and won't continue untill cellino takeover is complete via FL approval. If given then expect 2 or 3 italian players to join the squad.

Believable14 Unbelievable39

Not financial problems my mate who works at ER states GFH have enough to keep it going, their just not going to spent extra while the sale goes through. So yeah no loans till its done.

Agree2 Disagree0

The emergency loan window is for domestic transfers only.

Agree8 Disagree0

You can't sign foreign players in the emergency loan window so that bits wrong

Agree1 Disagree1

People keep saying you can't sign players abroad but boro have just signed Real Madrid's reserve keeper on loan, could someone explain this?

Agree0 Disagree1

Isn't there different loan rules for Keepers? I could be wrong.

Agree1 Disagree0

Leeds are in financial melt- down unless Cellino succeeds with his bid so there is no point in speculating about possible loans. No player's agent will bother having such discussions with so many if's but's and maybe's at our end of the line. We need to be patient and wait until the deal is done rather than dreaming up rumours just to get a response on this site. MOT

Agree2 Disagree1

I saw that as well, apparently it was all arranged before the internationl window closed, just took some time to process the papers for some reason.

Agree1 Disagree0

So surely Tabanelli and Avelar can sign for us then.

Agree1 Disagree1

As I said in another post were at the tricky stage of a takeover where the current board don't want to fund any new signings as they will be leaving soon and the incoming board are either not in a position to make decisions yet and/or are unwilling to put any money into the club just incase something goes wrong with the takeover before they sign on the dotted line.

Agree2 Disagree0

The real madrid keeper that has signed on loan did so when the transfer window was open, the paper work pushed it to take a longer period of time

why does BMD go on about need to recharge. last time we recharged we was second best to Ipswitch who had played 3 days previous and Becchio not welcome.as our logo says THE PAST IS THE PAST

MR.T

Agree0 Disagree1

No tabanelli can't join even though loan papers was sent in time the loan papers was signed by chris farnell who wasn't employed by leeds but is cilleanos lawyer who didn't have any type of authority to make loan signings or sack bad at time

Becchio rumoured to be target to return on loan. Agree if you'd have him back, disagree if you wouldn't. Personally I think we need to forget about him and look for better

Believable49 Unbelievable134

He is too good for us, that's why he left to get a numb arse sat on the Norwich bench, let him stay there.

Agree8 Disagree3

To the guy who says to let him stay there. He went for a pay rise and who can blame him, would you say no to a business who were prepared to double your wages? NO!
Get off his back, he was good for us, he still loves the club (even though they paid him peanuts), so if Norwich are prepared to share his wages, why wouldn't you have him back, he can score in this league.
Get a grip or are you still waiting for us to sign Dzeko or similar

Agree10 Disagree8

Leave him at Norwich. We have as good as him already. The future will be better at ER soon.

Agree6 Disagree4

We cannot pay the wages of the current squad members, rumour has it that their performances of late are because they haven't been payed, sorry but forget any new faces until new owners are in place MOT

Agree0 Disagree1

Ye ok he wanted more money so he moved on,, but hasn't got games under his belt, so i'd think it would be a bad move for Leeds, just to lazy

Agree2 Disagree2

on the eve od deadline day Ross McCormack specifically said that all the players were paid on time, so stop making these pathetic statements
about the players wages.

RS

Agree2 Disagree0

Have to agree, he wanted away LET HIM ROT ;(

Agree1 Disagree2

Why did he want away? It was to get the chance of playing Premier league football and to better his salary and at his age who can blame him. Ok so it hasn't worked out for him,, if he wants to come back I will welcome him back. We know what he can do, score goals and that is what we need

Agree3 Disagree2

He was a poor excuse for a footballer. OK, granted he scored a few goals but his first touch was dreadful and all he did was fall over looking for free-kicks. If our future rests on bringing him back then draw the curtains and say goodnight.

Agree2 Disagree3

2 points here both involving Ross . Good point about Ross already dissing the payment rumours, so why is someone trying to stir this up again . Secondly Ross did exactly same as Becchio, said pay me what I'm worth . Becchio was top scorer and while he will never be the most technically gifted player he always put a shift in and did what a striker is paid for . Scoring (take note Hunt, poleon, Morrison etc) . Ross was lucky and so were we that there was cash to extend his contract . Becchio wasn't so lucky, had Colin forcing him out so he could get 'future legend' (FFS) Morison in! Never thought he was a traitor, would welcome him back on that basis . HOWEVER . Can he still produce the goods? Well let's face it no one else can score except Ross and wind assisted Warnick, specially not Hunt so I say give the boy a chance!

been there done that, grass is always greener he`s comfy on that bench no thanks

his knocking on abit now his a form striker he would take loads of games to start scoring like 15 can we waste 15 games of this season

When we had becchio and he was banging em in I bet u was all slagging him off and saying he's rubbish wasn't u? No thought not u was cheering his name and was gutted he left. Bring him back. Him and Ross up front would kill em off. And with the 2 wingers we have now feeding the ball in becchio has that aerial threat too. Forget about smith for that he's good to come off the bench that's it

Agree4 Disagree2

Regarding wages yes they was paid but not by ghf Cellini paid last months wages like
flowers and haifh had paid the previous 3months wages

Agree1 Disagree1

Having watched him many times at ER I can say he was very poor indeed
No pace, poor touch and zero creativity
Scored some pens and headers and people think he is a world beater
The reason he is on the bench at Norwich is because he isn't good enough yet people want a 31 year old who has played three games in a year to come back the player he was when he left
Leave him, he made his bed

Agree2 Disagree0

I agree with LUFC TY. His pace and touch were both slow and poor. He owes the club nothing, he did give his all for LUFC, but it showed last season how poor he was becoming. I thought we actually got the better deal when we swapped him for Morrison, not that, that worked out either. Can't knock him for wanting more money especially when he wasn't breaking any pots.

We won't be getting any loans in till the takeover is done, were in financial crises,,

Believable54 Unbelievable12

FACT we need Cellino and his money, love him or hate him, without him we are sunk, the consortium cannot take us further with no finances, we are in a mess and Massimo is making all the right noises, let's get behind the man, . MOT

Agree3 Disagree0

Unfortunately it’s not up to us or it would be done by now, we have to wait for the FL approval.

Agree1 Disagree0

Well said,, we need a football man with ambitions,, he ticking the boxes at this stage,, its not we want, its we need, he's the only person interested in Leeds history with financial backin, so fingers cross, fl approval just around the corner,, feels like its going on forever mot

Agree2 Disagree0

I don't believe this financial crisis is as bad as what most fans are thinking. our outgoings are possibly slightly higher than our incoming revenue and its not by much. the loan from Cellino, in my eyes was to pay for months of accumulated losses and not 1 months debt as reported

Agree0 Disagree0

The finances aren't that bad just that as the takeover has reached a crucial point we can't make transfers as we are between boards, the old ones don't want to authorise a transfer that they would probably have to pay something towards and the new board haven't taken control yet so don't have the power to push a transfer through

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you joking? GFH had to borrow money the last 2 months to pay the wages? We are in deep trouble

Agree0 Disagree0

Finances are bad last 4months wages paid by 3rd parties small business going unpaid

Agree0 Disagree0

We're not in a financial crisis don't go overboard.

Agree0 Disagree0

Then why did we get a loan off cellino flower ect,, explain that

Agree0 Disagree0

How many are on loan NOW. How long for are the current loans. Only allowed in match day squads, only 7 at club. Only loans within English FA Jurisdiction. So, send back all current loans at ER, alienate parent clubs, bring in more . Yeah, that will work.
