read on a website from 13th septempter that we are looking at Neil Danns According to a report in today's Leicester Mercury Leeds United have expressed an interest in taking Leicester City midfielder Neil Danns on loan, could be good

Old news, I'm afraid. The signing of Tonge was the only one Warnock was allowed by Bates. In any event, were Bates to go completely mad and allow Warnock another loan signing, it would have to be a striker, given McCormack's injury today. But don't hold your breath. Bates's only interest now is getting as much money as he can for the club, without having to spend any. Unless, of course his ego is so enormous that he never really intended to lose his access to the matchday programme notes, and grovelling interviews on Yorkshire Radio.

Does it matter or not, if we get another loan. the whole squad is no better than very average. hence the expression you get what you pay for.

Have to agree with above, old news my friend Leeds enquired about a few players however, Tonge was the only one that fitted into the wage structure and deal, Tonge will sign perm in Jan for £500K

He as been left out of lcfc squad today so looks promising

Danns is a decent player, successful with NW in the past, and with a degree of dynamism that we could use. I see this as a definite possibility as and when funds allow. Chapel A

Did varney and and McCormack get injured today?

Mccormack is varney just crap. came on for ross mac then got subbed 2nd half for diouf

Ross yeh dunno about varney i think he was just sore at getting taken off he was pretty crap...

I think you must have watched a different game to everyone else! Diouf actually came on for Drury..... Carney worked his arse off and was subbed near the end of the match.

Varney not the only one. only kenny and byram looked anywhere near good enough. tough season ahead. very very poor display.

Kenny was also poor, becchio was good just poor delivery to him.

Above post. Don't forget we was up against a far more expensive plus superior yeam today. I for one expected a hammering. Keeping it at 2-1 was a pretty good display taking into consideration Cardiff was the better team. But yes, a tough season ahead, very tough.

got to admire austin he flew home earlier than everyone expected to allow himself maximum time to train and then to travel to cardiff. Totally commited to LUFC proper footballer

And he scored, expect to see him depart in January for a couple of Mill

Reliable source tells me Leeds are after Shaun Derry on loan from QPR, after Leicester rejected a loan approach for Neil Danns. Mamady Sidibe is also keen to join the club on loan and is set to snub Sheffield Wednesday.

A reliable source that linked Derry, Danns and Sidibe with Leeds?!?! Really? You must have some high up in the know friends. Is Neil Warnock your dad? Or have you just read the latest rumours on this very page and rehashed them with that old cliche - reliable source tells me.

Rumours and news are one thing but it's really annoying to see the same things cobbled together a few days later claiming a source tells me!
