Hear a whisper from a well informed Milwall supporter they have had an offer accepted for Matt Smith.
Surprised me too & one I really hope doesn't transpire but only 1yr left on his contract & exactly the type of player Ollie would want.

You have to ask why he hasn't signed a new contract yet, he was eager to join us not so long ago?

I think the point of the Tw*tter comment is that the woman didn't realise that she was talking to Matt Smith, nothing to do with a transfer!

Not sure this will go away, Smiths contract is a worry tbh, also Ross' s parting shot to Smith of "see you in London soon" etc.
This all speculation but I'm concerned as this source is normally spot on. Just have to wait n see guys

Was at millwall game last night and heard nothing, know season ticket holders and die hard millwall fans they all think it will not happen and I can't see it happening
