Were looking at Ugbo of Chelsea on loan for the season. strange one this because he hasn't really played for any clubs (only the Chelsea U23 side) so v difficult to gauge his talent. He can't be one for the development squad because why would you loan a player for the development squad? must just have bags of talent and enough to make us think he can get regular footie in the first team, unless it is a loan to buy which i can't see.
