Matt Kilgallon from Sunderland has been left at home whilst the rest of the team are on some jolly. Would be a good signing at centre half and already been linked.

Would love to have him and Delph back....kevlufc.

Well as I'm no longer living in the town I come from, I can't ask his dad, but I do know when speaking with his dad, Matt never wanted to leave, and ANY possible chance to return he will, it's just down to the manager in charge to take him.

To the first replyer. Delph came back on loan and said he hated every minute of it. Once lads move up they think there to big for the club. We will be laughing at that no mark when we go up and finish above them.

Alot of press reports around Norwich are stating we are in for Andrew Crofts.Anybody heard anything?anybody know anything about him as a player?

I live about 10 miles away from Norwich, and the talk around here is Leon Barnett on his way to Leeds.

He looks to be prolific in the norwegian leagues,roughly 1 goal in 2 games! and only 23 years old,this might be the new yeboah! i for one would like to see more black players at leeds for pace and finishing!! markymafia

Blackburn and Wolves have joined the £2.5million chase for Ross McCormack as they target an instant return to the Premier League.

Scotland international striker McCormack is already on the summer shopping list of Huddersfield, Crystal Palace, Middlesbrough and Bristol City after snubbing a new deal with Leeds.

Now Rovers boss Steve Kean and Molineux chief Stale Solbakken will fight their Championship rivals for the in-demand hit-man's signature.

Kean has already brought veteran former Portugal marksman Nuno Gomes to Ewood Park from Braga, but still wants to add more firepower to his striking department.

Solbakken sees former Rangers ace McCormack,25, as the perfect foil for Steven Fletcher, who bagged 12 goals in 34 outings for Wolves last season.

McCormack, who cost £350,000 from Cardiff two years ago, still has a year left on his United contract and will not be allowed to leave Elland Road unless the Yorkshire outfit get the price they want.

But he has become a hot property after notching 19 goals last term, and Leeds boss Neil Warnock confirmed:"There have been enquiries from Ross from a number of clubs who are all keen to sign him.

"I am going to do what is best for Leeds United so, until something happens where I think my club benefits, Ross will continue training with us. And he understands the situation."

£2.5m would be a good price, and given straight to Neil Warnock would allow him to complete his rumoured deals for Lee Peltier and Rodolph Austin, and perhaps Martin Cranie ... defence and defensive midfielder roles then resolved.

2.5 million yes please! 4/5 quality signings with that dosh!

If we can actually get £2.5m for him then thats fantastic! We could instantly bring in another 4-5 players with that
Peltier, Austin, Varney, Norris could all be signed with pabout £1.5m to spend on a top striker to replace Ross

Could really do something with that cash.

I would snap there hands off for that money. Carn't believe there signing him because they want to go straight back up. We know they'll have to wait a season to get any return on that investment.

I have heard a rumour from a gentleman in harrogate this evening...whom deals with company transactions that the person who is buying Leeds united is based much closer to home than the rest of the u.k. Think.the person in question owns a very successful business in Yorkshire ,supposedly making his wealth in the motor trade...only a rumour could be a load of rubbish .

Chris miller from leeds commercial vehicles? played for leeds as a schoolboy & his name was mentioned before around last xmas, was looking to invest so perhaps he is part of the consortium or perhaps sponsoring ER?

Unfortunately that sounds like a load of bull....robbie rogers is no.6.....most likely he'd be no.4 freed up by alex bruce's departure

Poster, your mates probably never left his hometown. Even if he had just come back from Norway, why would this be hot news there? I doubt it's made the back page of a local rag.
