Strong rumours in and out of lufc are suggesting leeds are very close on the signing of kieran Westwood. Butland will not be allowed to leave stoke in the summer as begovic looks set for a move to spain so Sunderlands number 2 is looking for regular football after sunderland confirmed mannone will remain at the club again. Top class Westwood. Leeds would be the ideal move him. Mot

Had a promising career when he left carlisle to coventry seemed to stagnate in my opinion in not so good teams. Still young enough to get it back

Wasn't we linked to him a couple of seasons ago, sure he turned leeds down for Sunderland, prefer a younger keeper!

Unless he is being released then NO TRANSFER till July

Rumour has it that MC has had talks with Fabio Capello over the last few days.

Memo to MC: Don't even think about it. Remember World Cup in South Africa? Not a pretty sight on Capello's CV. Okay I don't believe the rumour either but just in case .

This all started because the guy that was in the box with MC looked similar to him (but not him)

Mc wants a coach not a manager

I suppose we will be linked to all Italian managers now just because Massimo is Italian does not mean we will have an Italian manaer next season belly the white

Well, I would welcome a world class manager. Brian McDermott is not good enough, just because he's now in a tracksuit does not mean he knows jack about running a decent side and playing people in correct positions, Mr Cellino, don't give him a penny more to blow on rubbish!

Lol, as if anyone could believe nonsense like this.

Oh dear! Not really worth dignifying with a comment. Obviously a big no thanks -we need a hungry, driven manager, out to prove themselves, not a bored multi-millionaire pensioner. And where would Cellino have found the time the last few days? He's giving Brian until the end of the season to buy himself time, and no doubt put put some feelers as to who might fit the bill as Brian's successor. Chapel A

Well as their both Italian that could well be true, however he will not be the next Leeds manager,

You can't take his stint as England manager as a good example. There is a huge difference between club and International management, and Cappello has proven himself with many clubs.

As much chance of Fergie coming out of retirement to steer Leeds to Premier League as Capello. Ancelotti could be available in summer and he's Italian so may go after him too?

You might be right but nothing has been discussed yet as of course you must know.

I would have thought it obvious as Cellino has had to pay them off to avoid the winding up order?
Why would you want to advertise a company who are prepared to do that out of spite, on the club shirts?

Lol enterprise insurance paid 6 mill upfront start of season for 3years the money mc 0paid off was a loan which mc paid off in full still has 2years sponsorship unless mc wants to pay back another 4 mill

Current shirts were onsale for £10 each at the blackpool home match, think that tells a story for next year ;(

I heard earlier in the year that when Flowers issued the writ there was talk of 'Help Link' making a significant announcement but they never did. I doubt very much that Enterprise Insurance will still be the shirt sponsors next season. Also rumoured that Cellino is not happy with the current deal that Macronhas tied the club into till 2017.!

It costs £500,000 a year to sponsor Leeds United and I hear Enterprise are still interested.
However Clipper Logistics are also a possibility.
Come on Leeds United.
All white for me.

It won't cost LUFC a penny to get out of this contract as the new sponsors will pay them off!

Latest rumour off here is the city and daily mail (probably false) is that Daniel Bentley, Scunthorpe's highly rated 20 year old could be on his way here. McDermott insisted he wanted to start looking at potential targets even though he didn't know if he will remain here. Sounds plausible with kenny knocking on and Butland returning to Stoke end of season.

Let's hope so 3points against Barnsley to relieve the pressure then big clear out and start afresh cross fingers mot
