Have we got problems in the takeover? looks like GFH,dont have the money..........re guardian..........worrying times all the same,never straight forward,think the american may slip in and take the deal unless GFH can clawback monies owed to them.

Been saying for a long time, if takeover was going to happen it would have done by now...always "imminent'; 'complete in a day/week/fortnight..etc etc.

Better get used to The tax phobic one for a while yet, aint happening.

I have always believed that Bates will sell, and believe that GFH are genuine potential buyers, however I am now of the opinion that once the exclusivity period ends and they haven't completed then new buyers will step in and complete. Think the report in the Guardian has highlighted the delay and it's been GFH who have been dragging their heels trying to get the finance in place. Have a feeling they aren't going to manage it.

I think this group of people are taking the p**s and are wollowing in the fame, with all the tweets and post that the two main people are doing makes you worry that we may be moving in the wrong directing and could end up like Portsmouth

This is the gfh story running its course, thats why this rumour of the yankie doodle dandy preston haskel has surfaced. He is a mate of papa smurf, so it was easy to set this story up, it will give bates another six month to pull the wool over our eyes and bleed our once proud club dry, what with due dilligence, this and that clause blah blah f***ing blah. I follow our club home & away costing me a fortune in money'. I am sure all Leeds supporters like myself thought this season was going to be a promotion season with new owners in place. If the new owners are not in place by Friday' I really think we should all come together as fellow supporters of our once great club and say enough is enough. Following our club is not just costing a fortune it starting to make my blood boil that much' its making me feel ill. Its just lies after lies. This is from a loyal supporter who as never shouted bates out or gone on any protests.

I am not a Bates lover or apologist, but if this is true, and a big IF knowing how our newspapers operate, would this show Bates in a better light given that we all wanted the takeover to be by a company with no funds and would therefore probably have been happy to have owners in place who would lead us back into the dark ages again a la portsmouth and back into near bankruptcy. Just a thought!

Emmanuel frimpong would like to go out on loan,would be a good acquisition to our squad

Frimpong will probably be able to cherry pick a team at the CORRECT end of the table.

Frimpong is very over rated n he gets alot of red cards n that really is not what we need right now.

Dream on, your probs one of the people that were claiming we'd get Sterling a few months back. Get real, these types of players are premiership players not bottom half of the championship players!

On the OS now that Rody has cracked his ankle bone. Injury not as bad as first feared. Let's hope for a speedy recovery, and see him back soon.

I am going to get in trouble for this. I work for a delivery company and while sorting packages out I noticed fao shaun harvey. Now I don't know what this was but it came from dubai ( return address ) belive or don't but not giving away my company name or my name

No1: Why would you get in trouble, we dont know who you are
No2: Maybe you delivered to the wrong Shaun Harvey
No3: You havent said if you delivered to his house, elland rd etc
No4:I hardly think that anything important from Dubai would be delivered via royal mail or a carrier
No5: All the stuff regarding the takeover would be sent to a solicitor, usually the one Leeds are using
