Yeah a great signing if where making plans for league 1. i'd sooner give a unproven youngster a chance rather than someone who has proved himself to be injury prone and when fit not good enough for the championship. i really struggle to see the good news here.

Bates got a loan to renovate a stand leeds don't own, he financed it on future season ticket sales over the next two years. So we got a nice flash stand that no one goes to anymore. We not in debt as in spent too much on players though- oh the irony!

I for one cannot see any other outcome but delegation this season ask yourself with the players we've got,why would they want to go up ,most of them are not good enough for this divisionnever mind the perm there quite content to toss it off knowing they will still be in a job at the end of the season no chance of staying in this division it's all doom and gloom at the moment takeover will not happen now and we will be very lucky to stop up

Apparently Ken and Shaun Harvey prefer the US takeover as it allows them both to stay on. There is little interest from KEn to do either and feels that this is all a bit of fun to him! Don't expect any changes soon- what you see is what you are going to get!

Don't believe this one either. The one thing that keeps me going is the thought that Bates rational self interest must lie in not hanging on to the club while its price plummets (a fair market price must be nosediving even now as gates and no doubt other income go down and even the play offs look remote - unlike Division 1) and money he can't and won't pay is needed to stave off financial train wreck. Yeah Simon Church joined uddersfield instead because he can see how much this supposed takeover and performances on the pitch have made our club an absolute laughing stock. Never known a time i've been this close to embarrasment by supporting the mighty Leeds.
