Hes out of contract and wanted by Derby. Good move for him, frees wages up at Leeds and gives Taylor a run in the team.
Warnock is 33 and seriously injury prone, its not as bad as you think, although we need our bets players to keep us up. Berardi has done well and another like him wouldn't hurt.

It is true I am guessing but for me we are lacking championship nous, he has been our best defender and we let him go?
I know his contract up in summer but he is 33, no real transfer value so in my opinion we should keep him in for our relegation battle.

At the start of the season no-one would have been to shocked if he had been moved on -but he has done well this season so far!
I suppose it's down to the player, does he want to go?
Derby at top end of table or Leeds near the bottom .
He's been our best defender by a country mile this season but is also the wrong end of the age scale, I think young Taylor and beradi would cover the left back position so it's not all doom and gloom. Let's see what they offer him.

Personally think charlie taylor isn't much worse, give him a good run in the team and I believe he will do well. Also berardi is getting better and we have more to see of Del fabro so i'm not too shocked, would have rather kept him for the relegation battle this year though and let him go for free in the summer!

He was on 40k/week at Aston Villa. According to Football Manager 2015, his salary is 18k/week (highest in the squad).
