20-year-old Manchester City midfielder, Emyr Huws has been linked with a season long loan at Leeds after ending last season on loan at Birmingham City, and a host of other players

Seen we have been linked with Robert Koren who is out of contract. Would be a great signing in my opnion at this level.

Is he really any better than Mowatt and Dawson?

Coulda signed him on a free back in 2010. I rated him back then.

Players out of contract this summer:
Jamie Ashdown, Gboly Ariyibi, Alex Cairns, Michael Brown, El Hadji Diouf, Adam Drury, Paul Green, Ross Killock, Danny Pugh, Charlie Taylor, Lewis Turner, Nathan Turner, and Luke Varney.
Most likely also to see Peltier, Kenny, Norris and Hunt transfer listed.

Seeing that list cut above is what I would call a 'BloodBath'!

Is there any leeway to rip up the Stewart deal? Can you shed any light Ed? Chapel A

{Ed013's Note - I imagine there would be, but it would be costly}
I also thought Zaliukas was only contracted until the end of the season? If not, surely he should be listed. Personally, I'd say thanks and bye bye to Austin & Wooton too -neither is going to make the grade. Would also list Morison (and maybe Warnock too) to save wages. Chapel A

I'd keep Brown and Pugh. Good professionals for low wages who can do a job when called upon from the squad.

Gboly Ariyibi is signing a pro contract in the summer and was a very consistant performer in our u21 dev squad and is only 19 well worth a punt

Pugh isn't on low wages. He is one of highest earners from what I've read (ridiculously)

I agree, I would give Pugh another year as long as he was to be used in midfield but he would have to come down on wages.

Pugh is (I believe) earning around 20k per week. That'll only go up if we keep him. A very expensive bit part player, if you ask me.
