Aidy white eager to stay at elland road! Thank god someones staying!

Believable36
Unbelievable33
Whilst i hope this rumour is true, as i rate ward and aidy looks promising, still only young. i just cant believe anything that comes from the daily fail.it all made up tosh
Agree0
Disagree0
It says nothing about him eager to say, if anything it is that hes attracting intrest from other clubs
Agree0
Disagree0
They all wanna stay yet drag their contract talks out until they cant agree on terms and well you know the rest. If they arent showing any willingness to sort out a contract then they know where the door is
Agree0
Disagree0
I think it is understandable that they are not signing right now they are waiting to see if the clubs ambition matches there's. They have watched other players leave the club for inferior replacements. I would do the same thing myself to be honest. If it looks like a squad capable of promotion is being assembled im sure we will see the players with offers on the table signing up. If we get ward in and a quality CM in then I would expect these guys to re-sign. I think it comes down to ambition more than money at this stage.
Agree0
Disagree0
If he's eager why dnt he just sign the contract then

cardiff want snodgrass for £8mil
lets hope that this does not happen at all
Believable18
Unbelievable61
If we get £8mil then he can go, that's a lot of money to be put back into the squad.
Agree0
Disagree0
Would snap their hands off....could buy 4 good players with that.
Agree0
Disagree0
What 8 million are you mad? Take the money could do a lot in transfer market with that amount if money
Agree0
Disagree0
But 8 million is a lot of cash, 1 year left, if he doesnt sign a new contract I'd bite their hand off.
Agree0
Disagree0
2 things:
1, this is nonsense...this was a rumour that started in January but never materialized, where do you think Cardiff have got £8m from to spend on players, let alone one single player.
2, if this was somehow true you would be (in my opinion) out of your mind not to take £8m for Snodgrass. Lets not forget this is a player who is out of contract next year n as of yet hasn't signed a new deal. But regardless of his contract situation £8m would be mega business!
Agree0
Disagree0
I'd snap their hand off for £8 mill! Never happen though, he's good but not that good!
Agree0
Disagree0
Cardiff would not spend that sort of money.
If Snoddy was to go it would be for around 3 or 4 million
Agree0
Disagree0
£8 mil!? Is that not worth cashing in? I love the guy but we need a new squad and with uncle kens short arms is this not what we need. Just a thought !
Agree0
Disagree0
Let's hope they give us whittingham and 4 million that would be good.
Agree0
Disagree0
I think for snoddy to go before jan the fee will be between 5 and 8 . 4 mil is too little . we will still get 4 mil when he only as 6 months remaining as there will be lots of teams trying to sign him
Agree0
Disagree0
Despite what KB claims, whatever we get for Snoddy will not go back into the playing budget. Schmeichel, Gradel, How son all went last year for about £4.5m between them, yet we still have Ken saying we have a playing budget of £9m which he's furious we've gone over. Wake up Leeds fans, we need this man OUT of our club.
Agree0
Disagree0
Cardiff just announced that they cant afford to change the colour of their playing kit. I doubt they can afford to spend £8m on a player then.
Agree0
Disagree0
It said on sky sports that if they would change there bage to a red dragon they would get £100m+ fom china no me sky sports but the fans say no!!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2110002/Cardiff-want-Robert-Snodgrass-8million.html
I can't see it happening were would cardif get £8m from?
Agree0
Disagree0
For 8 million Ill drive him there. We could build a good squad with that money let alone 1 player. Not that Bates would release the money like. But if im honest....this rumour is nonsense! Cuckoo land!
Agree0
Disagree0
Why drag up a story published at start of March when Cardiff thought they might go up. They didn't and are now on verge of losing their main income stream so this story is dead. Besides Snoddy will only move to a Prem team if he leaves Leeds.
Agree0
Disagree0
He's not even worth a million, most overrated player in the division
Agree0
Disagree0
Hes not worth a million? are you blind? hes our best player you MUG!
Agree0
Disagree0
Cardiff not got the money, if someone offers £1m take it as that is too much for average player like him, no one will alter my opinion no mater how they try !
Agree0
Disagree0
Alright mate this is a leeds site whats the matter not enough activity happnin on your own site.
Agree0
Disagree0
CARDIFF have got the dosh and would have also got extra from changing to red kit. 'Big far east backers'. Personally cant see £8m but anything like £5-8m will allow Ken to float NW some extra dosh. I like Snoddy but want a good core team rather than one good player. 'Nice knowing ya kid'
Agree0
Disagree0
8 million well thats the new east stand paid for and knowing bates he will probebly spend it on another development not the team as we all know you dont put a extention on a counsil house but bates does
Agree0
Disagree0
For £8million, I'd carry him to south wales on my shoulders, but only if Warnock was getting the cash to spend. Every player has his price and Snoddy's is about £3million.

Leeds linked with the much travelled but still young USA midfielder Freddy adu, with the player wanting to return to Europe after a season back in the mls {Ed013's Note - not heard of him for a long time, was once a bright talent. Not sure now though, I will put my faith in Robbie Rogers}
Believable15
Unbelievable44
Was a talent on football manager in reality hes crap too weak would get bullied off the pitch
Agree0

There was a hype about him when he was 16 but has not developed into a class player that was expected, seen him play and he is average, alot better out there, think u should forget this 1
Agree0
Disagree0
To be honest, benfica only signed him because he was good on footy manager, but he hasn't ever done anything worthwhile, and i doubt he'd get into our side. the little ive seen on youtube and stuff recently doesn't scream the quality we need

I suspect this rumour is much ADU about nothing...lmao, someone had to say it, may as well be me! MOT

I'm a huge Leeds fan, and after all we have been through im finding it very hard to believe we are going to get in some young quality players. I hope we dont end up singing league 1 players and has beens from the prem.
Believable12
Unbelievable21
So what we gonna sign then, average championship players. cant stand reading people rubbish chat on here {Ed013's Note - Don't read it then, its a rumours site and majority of people send in what they have heard. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of made up rubbish, but that's life}
Agree0
Disagree0
I'd just be happy if they were young and could play football, never mind being able to knock a tune out!
Agree0
Disagree0
Riddiculous post. You obviously haven't been listening/watching NW's comments on the type of players he is after. Also MJ has been positive regarding his scouted players over the last few weeks. MOT
Agree0
Disagree0
Well Jason Pearce is a great signing to start with, just wait all see who we sign, every1 always throws names up on this site but mostly its players that sign which no1 expect, just moan or enjoy the thought of signing the rumoured players but take everything with a pinch of salt, I'm confident we will have a squad to be proud of next season, just 1 for thought remember players like beckford, snoddy, clayton, gradel etc weren't big names when they arrived, just think positive pal

Aidy White we're rumoured to get 1.5m comp if he goes, you're really guna try and tell me that Snoddy is only worth 2m? Think not!

Im quite sure we will get more than 3.5 for snoddy on his own and we will get around 1.5 mil for white without a sale .your a very good source i see

Europa league or champions league and they want these's two ? what is it a p/x with cisses and cabaye. get a life pal

Cardif offerd £8mil for snod so this is BS haha

I'm a Leeds fan but have to say I doubt mr parses would sign either cos neither would be good enough for first team at Newcastle their a very good side.

Why am i even wasting my time replying to such a stupid post.

One of the comments is worse than the post. Cardiff offered £8 Mil for Snodgrass (But i forgot to add this was in 2020 on football manager. I was the manager of cardiff and had money cheat on) Duh!

Its time for a change up top as rumours circulate that warnock wants to sell luciano. As much as hes done for this club we need to move forward and becchio doesnt cut it as a top championship striker in my eyes.
Believable23
Unbelievable65
He has had 1 bad season. And you think we should sell him get a life luciano is a good striker
Agree0
Disagree0
Doubt very much he will sell becchio, as he has said in many interviews since he became Leeds boss how much he rates becchio as a player and he is the type of centre forward Warnock loves and I think Warnock will have a slightly better knowledge of players needed to get out of this league than you.
Agree0
Disagree0
Couldnt agree more with the last poster. as soon as warnock came he said luciano was in his plans as he like him a lot.
Agree0
Disagree0
Also, it wasnt even a particularly poor season. ok it wasnt his best season but he was out injured for ages, didnt play that well most of the time and still scored 11 goals. not bad.
Agree0
Disagree0
Don' t agree with that comment, he more then most put a days work in on the field, i have been to a lot of home games this season and he is always there tackling and tracking back, if we had had a decent defence he could have concentrated on playing up front, warnocks not daft, he won't sell beckss
Agree0
Disagree0
Sick of armchair leeds fans luciano is quailty last sesaon injured a lot selling a player like this is a huge mistake
Agree0
Disagree0
Oh dear, becchio been quality for the last few seasons, we wins most things up in the air and is also good for defending corners.
Agree0
Disagree0
We need him he holds the ball and gets other people involved
Agree0
Disagree0
I'm am critical of Luciano on occasion but his record speaks for itself, he's a hard worker and scoring 11 goals in a season he barely played in shows he is a great asset to have at the club and selling him would be a big mistake.
One more thing.... You say these rumours are "circulating" where exactly? I havnt seen anything on here or on any other Leeds news/rumour website.
Agree0
Disagree0
I read that Warnock said he's a 'massive fan' of Becchio so can't see him selling him. I'd be fuming if he did too, he's just the type of player we need. He puts himself about, holds the ball up well, cracking in the air and has an awesome strike on him. Even with a serious injury he gets into double figures, long may I continue signing Lucianooooooo Becchiooooo when he scores! {Ed013's Note - Forgive me if I am wrong, but I am sure Neil has given his released, for sale and retained list. To that end, the only way Becchio will go is if someone comes in with ridicules money. You are right, Neil is a massive fan of his so don't no where these rumours are from}
Agree0
Disagree0
Neil loves becchio and so do most leeds fans. 11 goals from the bench plus the competition form a goalscoring mccormack really isnt that bad and he will be critical to the success of leeds next season
Agree0
Disagree0
I think in general all fans feel the same way with Bechio. Yes he has slowed down and I personally believe that his time is done.... BUT he does know where the goal is and can hit the mark. NW Im sure shares the same view on his strength and obvious weakness. Maybe keep for 6 months or year cus he has a role although not 90 mins. {Ed037's Note - He's still recovering from the injury i think, which is why he seems less mobile}
Agree0
Disagree0
Your wrong , he fancies becchio and mcormack with a more creative mid in behind them , hense why he wants brown cos he knows he will just sit in front off defence and help out. becchio was out for 1st few months , he will get 15 + this season you wait
Agree0
Disagree0
In your eyes ey?........should have gone to specsavers!
Agree0
Disagree0
Above poster sez it all, anyway wouldn't he be on the transfer list like clayton? Obviously he is a big part of next season or he would have been transfer listed along with clayton as 2 of our biggest plans to generate sum cash u numpty!
M.O.T. exciting times, just chill, n be patient, warnock knows the crack.
Agree0
Disagree0
Warnock tried to get luci at QPR but failed! he obviously rates him....and he scored 11 goals this season not great by his standards (20+ a season) but not rubbish by any means!

ur site. Well, i've heard Messia is looking for a bungalow in Kippax (from a reliable source).
Agree0

Too right mate, turns into a 'who's moving house' rumour site every year. On the plus side i have heard from a reliable source that Messi is looking for an end terrace in Holbeck. {Ed013's Note - He is moving into the empty house opposite the White Hart in Beeston!}

11 May 2012 10:30:35
I am a very reliable source as you may tell. My brother has spoken to me about 3 potential signings before the end of the month, i cant reveal all but we are likely to sign joel ward, Jermain Beckford has been in contact and We are interested in the signing of Paul Robinson from relegated blackburn with clayton clreaing out this will give us the wage bill for robbo and the money for beckford.
Believable17
Unbelievable39
Paul Robinson? highly doubt this, why would we sign someone so old when we already have a decent young keeper, who with a better defence in front of him, is more than capable of keeping clean sheets
Agree0
Disagree0
Robinson's wages are way too much for old kenneth to even attempt to pay them, so im afraid that this transfer rumour is tosh!!
Agree0
Disagree0
Haha yeah right! Adam Clayton, a youth player signed from Man City, is going to be on the same amount as Paul Robinson, established Premiership and former International Goalkeeper . . Keep dreaming sunshine!
Agree0
Disagree0
So basically you've just mentioned what nearly every rumour has been saying.
Not really a source.
Agree0
Disagree0
Wether or not your `source`is reliable is immaterial, this is a Good rumour.Joel Ward would be an excellent addition to the defence along with Pearce, and who better than Paul Robinson to organize them.still a class goalkeeper.as for Beckford. He as finally realized he belongs in a Leeds Utd shirt,I personally think he would be better than he was before because he`d be playing exactly where he WANTS to=lots of goals.MOT
Agree0
Disagree0
Neil Warnock has just released Paul Robinson saying he does not feature in his future plans?
Agree0
Disagree0
Tell your sourcr to keep off the cider. for one, our transfers in are going to be around £500k. leicester who paid £4 million arent going to take that loss no way.also robinson is a proven premier league and ex international on around 20k a week. thats the budget for for of our players .dream on
Agree0
Disagree0
For the slightly confused poster, this rumour pertains to Paul Robinson the ex-Leeds Goal keeper, currently at Blackburn.
And not Paul Robinson the now ex-Leeds loan Left back, currently at Bolton... and definitely not the Millwall centre back Paul Robinson.
Agree0
Disagree0
How may we tell that you are a very reliable source?
Agree0

Think about it selling players and getting rid of players we can get some players on a bigger wage

Leeds have offered to take Jesse Lingard on loan for the full season from Manchester United.
Jesse Lingard has been likened to Iniesta and was Manchester Reserves top goalscorer last year.
Manchester are keen to give him first team opportunities, but realise that a move to the championship could be just what he needs to gain further experience.
Whether Ferguson allows the move to Leeds is another question having blocked moves to Leeds in the past.
