Reckon BMD will walk won't need sacking!

Believable42 Unbelievable93

He won't walk, he'll be sacked and get paid out. He maybe isn't the right man for the job but it's easy to blame the manager when the players are at fault. Remember that there were 11 guys wearing the Leeds shirt on that pitch and McDermott wasn't one of them. Once Brian has gone, we need to be smart with recruiting a new manager but also we need to be smart with out squad, time to do some cleansing and remove the surplus

Agree1 Disagree2

Another load of shambles get him out he doesn't have a clue. Should start smith more often least he try's and wants to win and do well for leeds! Hurry up massimo and help this sinking ship!

Agree8 Disagree1

Can't see him walking and losing out on the rest of his contract. Would throw away a few million?

Agree3 Disagree0

Easy to say, but got a slight problem, nobody wants them.WHO WOULD?

Agree5 Disagree0

Contracts due to expire and if our Italian friend wants to have a side worthy of playing in the Premier League he need to invest money in the team, not just at getting people in but also getting people out. Pay off the guys who won't get a look in next season and replace with some quality

Agree5 Disagree0

9 goals conceded in two home games McDermott you have created a team of Whipping Boys, it is time for you to resign, before another sacking goes on your C.V you are destroying this once great club, you have nothing at all to offer, you have made bad signings and you are clueless so stand up and be counted, you are not WANTED here, you keep saying I just want what is best for Leeds United, do you need constantly telling that the best thing for Leeds United is for you to F. K O.F

Agree8 Disagree3

Dont believe he will walk and I don't believe the club can afford to sack him. at the moment. Until the ownership is sorted out he will still be around.

Agree2 Disagree0

Concerned now about what's going on with brian McDermott and the players, a caller on radio leeds last night mentioned a rumour going around about some of them were out on a drinking session after Saturday, Popey had heard this rumour too, how can they turn up fit for training after a night on the town? Warnock, peltier dramatically dropped, Kebe dropped, bm said he was ill, (he needs dropping anyway) seriously worried now about things going on behind closed doors, wake up the lot of you, show bm some respect and your team mates .

Agree2 Disagree0

Clueless and embarrassing. A Sunday team would not have conceded some of those goals. For as long as I can remember the back 4 have been poor at leeds. We cannot defend. The keepers England World Cup hopes are rapidly going down the plug hole. Granted the goals are not down to him but his confidence is taking a hit. Sorry but Brian is not the guy for leeds. I am sick of hearing we need the take over sorting or we need stability at the club. Get on and do your bloody day to day job and the rest will take care of itself. The manager and playing staff get very well paid so stop wining.

Agree5 Disagree1

I'm fed up about hearing how such a nice man he is. If he was a nice man he would come out and admit he has been a failure. I'm not having it blamed on the ownership issues, as we have had ownership issues for years and McCallister, Grayson and Warnock had the same, yet they didn't get the sob story treatment McDermot has. He won't walk away and we can't afford to sack him in our current state.

if he had any dignity he would think best for the club and walk if he feels he can't do the jo. he needs to get thinking before saturday if he is still at the club.

Agree3 Disagree1

GFH cannot afford to sack him!
He'll be sacked as soon as FL approve Cellino.
Thing is he's a good manager, and again he's dealt with bad quality players.
Look at Bolton, they've stuck by Freedman and look at them now - they'll be promotion contenders next season, can even see them making playoffs this season. We are lacking in all departments, our build up play is poor and at best predictive. We've tried with wide men(best available at the time), but not good enough! No passion, no creativity, no pace, no desire, No hope.
If this takeover does not happen, LUFC will go into admin again, and start next season on minus 15 points. Seems the only way we get fire in our bellies, when we've been deducted 15 points, so bring it on!! MOT(dithering)

Agree2 Disagree0

Hes got a worse record than any of his predecessors, yet people saying he's the right man for the job. I don't get it.

Agree5 Disagree1

Brian, I love you. You did your best and I really appreciate the efforts you have made. But unfortunately 4-0 is an embarressment and I will accept from time to time that it can just be unlucky on the day but we buck up and learn our leaasons to prevent it happening again. Unfortunately I have now lost count of the number of times we have been embaressed this season and I am not prepared to feel the pain again. Please go

Agree3 Disagree3

We lost 4-2 actually to the post above

Agree1 Disagree0

With the takeover being on hold until after the court case is heard, is McDermott's assesment of off field problems affecting the first team true, or just a poor excuse to hang onto his job?

Agree1 Disagree0

It's a poor excuse to hang on to his jobs, he has signed a lot of players. Wickham was scoring goals for fun at Wednesday, now he can't hit a cows rump steak with a banjo. It has to be down to tactics and motivation.

Agree0 Disagree0

4 me brian needs 2 leave 4 his own good, he's proved himself as a good manager at reading and that reading team had so many better players than we have at leeds, its clearly down to our poor transfers that he got left with from warnock. jack butland is a decent gk 4 his age but realistically he's no better than kenny at this current time. wickham and mccormack will never work well together both want the headlines b 4 the win. we have 0 teamplayers. austin is the worst 4 non teamplay. watched the reading game and nearly cried at how poor all our players were. you can have the best manager in the world but if you dnt have the players then your always lose simple as that. I mean come on we want to win against strong championship teams yet we play a team of jokes.pugh really, is he good enough to get us up? no, warnock is so easy to get past, austin just shoots and hopes 4 the best, mccormack refuses to pass to often, wickham is here 4 himself by the looks of it. murphy dnt track back much, leeds are in big trouble.

Agree1 Disagree0

Too many excuses from bmd he gets paid a fortune so do the players, he's signed them they are sopposed to be proffesional.what they don't realise is if they fail badly at leeds united their is no way back for any of them good riddance to all of them, the promotion team from div 1 was adifferent class team, snoddgrass, howson, becchio, gradel, beckford, johnson, killkenny., schemicheal, to name a few

Cellino and Leeds, would acquire 100% of the club. Haigh minority shareholder
11/03/2014 15:44

what I heard doing the rounds.
Eleonora Sports LTD, a company headed by Massimo Cellino, who a month ago reached an agreement to buy 75% of Leeds United,

could end up with 100% of the shares, through a minority shareholder (as that law does not allow a foreign person to
own of a company 100% of the club. GFH In fact,

currently own 25% of the championship club, still has not produce the missing documentation to

the FA, the FL which required the details and input of Cellino 75%. Haigh leaves GFH too become the

managing director, David Haigh who said he was happy to devote himself entirely to Leeds and alongside Massimo Cellino. Haigh

will be joined by Matthew Pond.

Believable18 Unbelievable10

You might want to change the dodgy translation of Mathew pond back to the Original name that was printed in the italiam article!

Agree1 Disagree0

Thank you. you remind me of an "Agent provocateur" that's a little French (number). close I think to ItaliaM . lol
