I'm thinking 6 month ban for toney. Reversing all the games he has scored in to wins for the other team. Seems fair ?.

Ya especially given the fact that Jordo done it to no comparison to Toney it seems To ey has to get a lengthy ban.
{Ed001's Note - Sturridge got a long ban even though he hadn't placed any bets at all (he doesn't gamble), just told his brother he was likely to move and to put some money on the move if he wanted. The move fell through anyway, so his brother didn't even win the bet just to make things worse! But he was banned for months, so I can't see how Toney can avoid sitting out the rest of the season, at least.}

Jordan stevens got a 6 week ban for placing 59 bets as an academy player for us back in 2019.
Toney as a premier league senior first team regular with 5-6 times the offences should probably sit out the rest of the season.
Meaning I need to replace him in my fantasy side!
{Ed001's Note - how did he only get 6 weeks? Sturridge even after his appeal still only got his reduced to something like 5 months! And that was for one moment of telling someone else to bet on something that never even happened. Seems a bit unfair that.}

Sturridge got 4 months after appeal as did Andros Townsend so it seems 4 months may be the standard penalty
I think the reason why Jordan Stevens may have only got 6 weeks was because of his miniscule small change bets of under £10 .59 bets yes but totalling just £500.
