A couple of hours reflection.
The team is playing, in large parts, some entertaining, quality soccer, with some great link up play. Credit to Jesse for that.
We are lacking defensively, but purely, for me, thro not buying pacy, quality wing backs who can consistently be up and down the park, at speed. Negs to the Board.
We have recruited / promoted some serious talent. Credit to all for that.
From that sitrep it's largely positive.
The coaching decisions today are my biggest worry. Why did he think that was shrewd. It wasn't hindsight. My wife asked why I was shouting, and I explained the duffness of the changes, and the commentators here, Holland, Spain, and Portugal repeated the same, a few moments later.
I like Jesse. I hope, if he is retained, that he has learned a vital lesson.

As things stand it will be inevitable that Leeds finish in bottom 3 come end of season . shipping shed loads of goals has become tbe norm again that is a fatal habit
There aren't 3 worse teams than Leeds
. certainly defensively plus a very overrated gk by some Leeds fans.

Gotta say well done Gary O’Neil there. Hats off, he has them playing some decent football. That said, smashing FF twice is no real achievement. They will still ship goals at a similar rate to what we did yesterday.

Look, I understand that we are all annoyed and frustrated with yesterdays result but I’d rather be our team than other one’s in the lower half of the table at the moment.
With some adjustments ie; speedy roadrunner wingbacks or just making sure that when defending as a team we just simply defend properly and not leave opposition players with too much space around them, which I think it is more the later that our defensive duties should be better organized rather than players not knowing where they should be.
Yes of course we need a decent LB but I feel if JM is incapable of organizing our defending then Radz needs to find a coach who can.
When a team commits to a high press it can make you vulnerable in defense, Bielsa’s theory is to attack as a team and defend as a team, I see that our attackers do run the length of the pitch to help our defenders, like Summerville and Gnonto yesterday, But it’s pointless in making that effort without being effective. Bamford is a good example of one of our attackers who is effective in his defensive duties.
I think if we can get round this lack of organization we will then start winning matches and being more consistent.

OP the problem is that the solutions you and we offer. change of coach better quicker players won't happen quick enough or at all under this chancer of an owner.
