A couple of days to digest Saturday evening and I have to say how immense Meslier, Adams, Aaronson Koch and Struik were in particular.
Loved Bielsa but amazing the difference we have seen in Koch playing in his correct position. If we can beat the Cherries this weekend, Tottenham are so defensive so not confident there. Into the break and work on some deals for January. IF Orta can find some gems like Meslier and Raphina and avoid the JKA and Grott!

I was using words like disillusioned, disenchanted and joyless to describe what it had felt like supporting Leeds this last couple of months but I couldn't have been happier when we got a shock victory at Anfield for the first time since 2001.

JM joins the few Leeds United great managers in the last 60 years, Revie, Wilkinson and O'Leary to have achieved that rare honour of winning against Liverpool away.

I really did give Jesse Marsch a right old slagging before Saturday and I confess that I did not think he had the tactical nouse to even keep the score to a respectable 2 or 3 goal defeat.

I hold my hands up and I admit like Manuel from Faulty Towers, "I know nothing, nothing at all"
I congratulate the team, the amazing away support and most of all Jesse Marsch to who I apologise unreservedly and I truly hope you continue to lead the team to more amazing victories starting with Bournemouth this Saturday and we move up the table far away from the bottom three positions.

JM deserves all the money he gets for the amount of pressure, stress and grief he gets from managing LUFC, I wouldn't want his job and I'm going to try and tone down my critique's from now on, not to say we as fans don't have a right to voice our concerns but in my case I am not proud that I got personal by describing JM as clueless, desperate
dishevelled and out of his depth.

I hope the owners support JM now and find the funds we desperately need for a new left back and centre forward in January.

We clearly have the nucleus of a half decent side that was unlucky against Arsenal and have deservedly beaten Chelsea and Liverpool so my previous clearly knee jerk observation that we were the worst team in the Premier league is just embarrassing on my part and I cringe now at the barbs I threw in the direction of the players and the manager.

Hopefully Saturday is a major turning point for the club and we can all put our doubts about JM being the right man well and truly aside for this season.

One game dosent maketh a man
Passionate. Yes.
Liked by players. Yes.
Wants to win and be successful. Yes.
Able. ? Prob not.
Keep us up? Prob not.
Will he get new signings jan? Prob not.
Where to from here?
Sack him and get a manager that knows how to defend cause last two managers don’t.
Our players can attack although strike rate woeful. Just can’t defend.
Good win though.

In fairness Cambridge Koch was injured for 98% of the time Bielsa was in charge. he not only didn't play much in his position, he barely played at all.

He played 20 games last season Alf - More in DM than at CB.

In answer to you Aus - I can't really disagree atm Not sure who we would attract at this time.
I think Dyche would be a massive step backwards and unless the board make some big commitments can't see the likes of Poch coming.
Where he has been found a little tactically inept, I can't disagree with his signings.
If a manager is out of work there is usually a reason!

Koch played DM because Phillips was out so often and Bielsa had nobody else as Foreshaw was always injured too.
Koch been one of the better players this season.
