Getting Radz out of the club is a medium to long term project. He'll go when he thinks the time is right for him for profit or because it becomes too much of a negative. Scenario one is unlikely if we're doing badly and 2 is a long and painful process, look at Newcastle!
You either get Orta to change the manager again or you blame Orta first, get a new Head of football opps in and then recruit a new manager! At least then you can have a more long term plan and a fresh start. If Orta is the problem a new manager picked by him will be another punt in a different direction.
I thought the crowd were excellent today and I thought the players picked showed they want to play for Jesse. If you score 2 goals and home you should be having a chance of winning the game. No matter what forwards you buy, we need a team that can defend effectively and hold a lead!
If I was Radz and take some soundings from non Orta football people and then I'd probably come back and tell Orta his time is up. Recruit a new director of football up to and including the World Cup break and give Jesse the next three games to impress the new guy.
I'm still convinced that this group of players are better than their position and points. I'm not sure they are clear on the plan and how to defend effectively in this way of playing! But Orta takes the can for recruiting into this position and then Jesse for not organising the resources better! That's the way businesses work whether you like it or not!

A lot of people work very hard behind the scenes at Leeds every week to make the club a success. You might not agree with how they do it and might want something different but it doesn’t mean it’s “ rotten to the core”! What do you mean? Evidence? Just lazy words! And then you go on the attack against other people when even you can’t explain what you actually mean! Priceless!
