I am and have been concerned with our manager from day 1 as many of you regular posters probably realise.
His Americanisms, attitude and outlook just don't fit. He keeps harping on about " making a play " or "we need to make a play " - this is soccer ( as he would call it ) , a hopefully flowing game of many plays strung together - it is not the stop start of the gridiron!
The team ( group ugh ) need to gel and be cohesive from front to back.
It is not rocket science to instruct the "wrong" Rodrigo not to launch long searching through balls towards our own net. We outshot the foxes 14-5 but out of those 14 only 2 were on target - that's 1 every 45 minutes - real exciting stuff!
Even if Radz decides to invest a bundle in January I fear it will be too late. ( I don't think he will by the way)
The fixture list ahead is something of a nightma. re too - by years end we may just have the florists below us.
Question - is it more fun to be battling near the top of the Championship or more fun to be struggling in the Premiership with the also rans - sit tight you are probably about to find out.
