Somebody in prem. Should spend 50 mill. Toney maybe. But prob Chelsea will snap him up.

My shortlist would be:
Terem Moffi - Lorient
Lukas Nmecha - Bremen
Goncalo Ramos - Benfica
Moffi and Nmecha probably available for around £20-£25m.
Ramos probably £30m or more.
Can't see Brentford selling Toney. He's vital to how they play.

Big fan of Georginio Rutter from Hoffenheim, too. Although he's not been in the goals as much this season. Although I do think in our team he'd get more opportunity to score.

Cant see radz spending 50 mill, if we are in the drop zone we need someone to come in and hit the ground running, prem experience essential, but can't see any prem team selling there striker,
Lucas Nmecha at Wolfsburg was at Citeh so maybe not expierenced in games but has been around prem teams.

because the stats and facts this season already strongly suggest oherwise
1 goal in three games 4 goals in 6 games at that rate Leeds will score around only another 20 goals this season which will be an R battle/ fodder season.
Who is scoring goals for Leeds?
Leeds need Sini, JH and Bamford to really step it up now
Bamford yet to score this season, he is a confidence player badly needs to score soon . he might get 6 to 8 max this season being generous
Sini yes . but we need him to have an outstanding goalscoring season from here on in.
Rodrigo has regressed again and stopped scoring maybe his usual 6 or 7
JH who Leeds depend on for goals worryingly has stopped scoring . just one goal so far. Leeds desperately need him to rediscover scoring
We also miss Dallas and his goals
Aaranson might get 4 or so but certainly isn't prolific
Gelhardt has regressed and is not getting game time even under JM
Perkins, Gnonto, under JM. ar least won't be involved much if at all so it seems unlikely to see them scoring any goals.
Summerville and Greenwood yet to score . still!
2 maybe 3 goals from Roca,
Forshaw ( has never scored for Leeds) . and Adams unlikely more than 1
Klich might get 4 or 5 being optimistic
Not nearly enough goal threat from our defenders at corners. Koch has never scored for Leeds ; Cooper 1 or 2 Struick our best bet there
Cresswell would have been very useful as be does score goals from corners
Sorry Dill and Spanish but overall 35 goals max is R battle goalscoring stats unless you are keeping clean sheets every game which Leeds are definitely not.

I’m with Leroy. Money on BBD as I believe his contract is up the summer. £10m Max! Then we have a glut of strikers; one who doesn’t score enough, and a handful who aren’t trusted to do so, plus bbd who isn’t proven. Great.

Baz, very funny! Just because you allocate numbers to players doesn’t mean it will happen! Like Burnley not getting relegated!
No doubt that we have the ability to create opportunities, whether we will take them is the key and who best to have a go at doing that! We already have Bamford, Rodrigo, Joffy, and more, so if it's possible to get them scoring what we need, much easier!
How is going out shopping for a 50 million striker in Jan going to be any more likely than in the summer!
An established goal scorer at that, whose club won’t want him to leave and who many more clubs might want to buy! Oh yes and an established Premiership forward, lots of them going to be available!
We might spend 40 plus, but it’s still likely to be a punt rather than any guarantee!
We’re Leeds fans wouldn’t it just be wonderful if one or more of the forwards we already have come good!

I do genuinely think we create enough chances to score goals, but realistically we have to put those chances away and we haven't been.
So suffice to say we do need to improve, Baz. But yes, I think there are goals in this squad. Hopefully it clicks these next two games and we push on from there.
We definitely aren't playing g as bad as our league position suggests, which is a positive if we can convert that into points going forward.
I wanted a minimum of 4 points from the next 3 games. I think 6 are possible if we play how we did yesterday, but obviously with us being more clinical (plus better luck with decisions, as Bamford's disallowed goal was a goal in my book) .

Fwiw, I don't see us scoring less than last season Baz. More depth across the first team and squad with less reliance on individual goalscorers such as when Raph was still here. Goals will be spread out amongst the team so less pressure on any one player to deliver all the goals.
But of course, would like another CF to help ease the pressure.

Good post Baz, ?, it's not you being negative or banging same auld drum, ITS THE REALITY OF OUR SQUAD, so even though we did play well yesterday when we look back in 2 years time the only fact that stands is Leeds got zero points from Palace +Gooners .
There's zero chance of Radz lashing out big cheque in January for a #9.
No doubt there will be some PR spin cooked up for the board to spew out closer to the upcoming window.

I was correct in that they did make up that 12 point gap on Leeds in the last 9 games to be level on points . luckily they messed up for us final game.

Baz, you predicted they would finish above Everton and Leeds! No they didn’t! You seem to enjoy constantly posting doom and gloom! This year will be a better year, just remember you read it here first. And I bet we finish above Burnley this year! You are still predicting relegation I guess?

Spanish my old mucka I post REALISM not top 6 fantasy like my other Ole mucka Top 6 OP and my other Ole mucka Hottub and dare I say it you.
As for Fat Frank's Everton they were gifted 3 points and favours by his old team Chelsea and crucially Pickford suddenly transformed from nowhere into Super Keeper last 9 games so yes they too narrowly stayed up.
Delighted that Burnley messed up final game but they certainly accumulated a lot more points in those final 9 or 10 games than Leeds and Everton after my prediction.
As for this season I like our much stronger midfield and the defensive 4 against Arsenaĺ looked better.
It's scoring ( enough) goals to win enough games that concerns me.
No weak teams in EPL so unless we start scoring and winning enough . its any place in bottom 5 or 6.
