I maybe wrong ( I sometimes am ) but I feel our Georgie may have a bee in his bonnet with you over your previous posts some weeks ago and this irritation with you continues to manifest in any subsequent post you produce.
Personally speaking I believe George often speaks a lot of sense but on this occasion I am with you 1970 on preferring team to group etc not really keen on the American terminology
JM also perhaps talks to the media for too long and too much especially last season

JM results have been par this season due to underinvestment by Radz. Again, redirect the blame to the person responsible. Try remember the only reason we're involved in a third consecutive EPL season is due to the American. As it goes, I only think his speech is nouveau riche, not his ethics or philosophy so perhaps grow a thicker skin.

The way he conducts his interviews with the way he speaks, what he says and for how long has no relevance to him being a good or bad coach
The results are all that matter.
JM should be judged by how this season pans out, if we are caught up in another relegation battle this season then he should probably leave, if not then I am happy for him to continue his journey with us.
This has absolutely nothing to do with Radriziani, he is not the coach of our football team, a good coach will get the very best out of every player he has at his disposal, like Bielsa did.

Radz has certainly not dealt JM a good hand certainly not been given all the ' tools ' players he requires.
Not beating at least one of Villa and Everton ar home is ominous as Leeds struggle to win
Next 2 matches Palace away and Arsenal at home, likely our winless run will extend to 6 matches ( R form )

Maybe just maybe, JM is actually merely being factual (rather than ‘American’) in saying ‘group’. Strictly speaking, team refers to the group of 11 on the pitch. He could say squad instead, but that strictly speaking would be referring to the first team, and perhaps JM is wanting to include the players who are not considered to be first teamers yet - such as Gyabi, Perkins, Joseph, Archie etc. The way he is working is seeing far more joint working between the first team and u21s - with younger 1st teamers more likely to drop into u21 games for game time, and perhaps to help keep the u21s in the PJT for longer.

OP Ever dawn on you JM tools are inadequate? Here is an accurate evaluation of his tools. Goalkeeper (first choice only assuming stays fit) top 6 class, defence bottom 6 EPL class, midfield mid table EPL class, attack at best bottom 6 EPL class. That translates into a season finish of around 12th to 15th by my math unless some super acquisitions are made in January. Not many have turned water ? into wine ?.

I’ve never liked the use of “group”, but it’s not only from Jesse. It’s wound me up from god knows when, many years ago. Let’s face it tho, it’s just grammatical balls, means nowt, and nothing should be read into it. Group, squad, schmod. Whatever.

It may have escaped your attention George but we did buy some decent players in the summer, we did also try to buy other quality players but they preferred not to come to Leeds Utd because it was likely due to the fact that we can not provide them with European football.
Sadly some fans like you don’t think realistically,
You just convince yourself you know better about how to own and run a successful Premiership football club but in actual fact you know absolutely nothing about it.
