Hi Chris, apparently the decision is on Friday but to be honest who really knows. Some are saying he won’t come to us anyway others are saying we have upped our bid which is far to much for Milan to follow! I just wish we would get a striker in before the season starts, I’m in total agreement with a few posts on here about how we should of had this sorted by now as it’s our weakness! So supposed to be Friday but who knows mate ????.

latest I've seen in the conflicting reports is 'early' this week, or possibly not until Friday. AC Milan allegedly looking atcheaper alternatives so I guess if they bid for or sign one of them that would be the end of the matter but it does appear that CDK is waiting for Milan. not sure i am too keen on a player who so clearly doesn't want to consider us tbh. even if we do get him what would his comittment be like?

Farce by Orta and Co imho in this CDK no chance saga
There is NO deadline date as far as Bruges is concerned
CDK. and Milan could also play this one out to the end of the window with CDK likely eventually moving to Milan or if not staying longer at Bruges
Move on to other (remaining) targets and sign a striker (s) asap.

Agree Alf. Clearly he 100% Milan.
And I get it and also get Georgie porgies annoying childish sales pitch.
But say our other targets get snapped up and he goes elsewhere.

Is CDK worth nearly €40m?
Not for me I think with that money we could sign 2 players
Maybe take a punt on one of the much mentioned Bosmans that are available.
Read earlier today that we are looking at the young Italian forward from Zurich but he’s like 18yr old.
We’ll prob end up with a deadline day bonanza Brereton Diaz.
Let’s not forget we still probably need

Attacking mid.
It’s been too quiet now for the last 2 weeks and it’s getting a little worrying that there’s no genuinely strong links.

Honestly guys, he’s gone for a number of jobs received an offer from his second choice and wants to see if his first choice will come up with the goods. Loads of us settle for the second choice or worse and make a success of it! Doesn’t mean we aren’t looking at others either. Patience!
Really don’t think a goal keeper or another attacking midfielder are essential, top class striker and good left back for me!

Well for my penny’s worth on this subject there are far too many allegedly this and that's for me to take this CDK signing seriously, I honestly don’t believe it’s going to happen. So there must be a potential alternative to CDK that negotiations are already going on. Who, I have no idea but one thing is for sure, that Radz will be taking a huge risk if he doesn’t bring a CF in this window. Bamford has far too many injury issues to be thinking you can rely on him.
Like most of us have posted already, the CF issue is probably the most important signing this summer, so why are we still waiting.
It is a concern.

Bamford, Gelhardt and Greenwood are Goalscorers. Have people not been watching Joffy in the premiership not just preseason. He can create and score so can Greenwood. In order to be a proven goal scorer you have to have a chance to prove it!
