I'd explore Diego Costa, Andrea Belotti and Dries Martins on free transfers . Belotti does have a decent goal scoring record, 28, was earning around €60,000 a week .

Definitely would sign Toney, but I think Belotti on a free would be good and affordable . Probably look at Tymons at left back or approach Kennedy at LB from Chelsea.

Belotti is a beast and perfect for premier league.

Belotti missed 20 matches through three separate injuries last season, so would probably be seen as a bit of a risk even if he was a possibility.
