All too silent on Left back options.
All too quiet on 15-20 goal striker options
Likely loss of KP and Raph
Long term to match fit or even recovery for Stuey D and Bill.
Even if we get three more players in, there’s the flip side risk of starting 11 of which 5 outfield players haven’t played together competitively.
I dunno, lads… can’t wait for Aug 6th… but also wish things kicked of a month later to bed new players into an all new system.
This time last year with Bielsa I was optimistic albeit concerned at squad depth.
This year… I don’t know what to expect.

Don't panic Toronto I think everything going as well as can be expected and a lot smoother/ quicker than when the big man was in charge. My only concern is, like you, the LB slot altho I am sure work is going om behind the scenes and failure to land anybody we always have Firpo. Sorry I meant Hjelde. As a strong backup.

There are a heck of a lot of unknowns this season for sure. I guess all we can do is wait and see. don't forget the window has only just opened as well so plenty of time for reinforcements.

Yes LB is a serious issue but even more so recruiting at least 3 goalscoring players

I an banging on about this because it will define our season

Unless we sign at least one proven goalscoring striker

And at least 2 goalscoring midfielders CM. and AM 8 to 10 goals a season's players (Aaranson I understand has never scored 10 goals in a season)

its going to be a tough R battle again.

Toronto- Doubtless there’s lots going on in the background we’re not hearing about, and personally I’d prefer it that way. Why let our possible rivals in the market know what we’re doing? - so they can come in and outbid us, or at the least drive the transfer costs up.
