You have to give credit to Sheffield United. They had a superb Easter and ruthlessly kept the pressure on on and it was too much for us.
Norwich are showing that it's not easy in the final straight as well, only 4 points from 4 games but they had more in the bag.
If it is the playoffs then it may be that the pressure will come off us a bit. Everybody is assuming that Villa will coast through including many in here.
At the moment I think our third position is a fair reflection of the seasons work. Lots of good stuff, lots of pressure but not quite enough quality at the most important times.
We've still got that chance, we can either give up or try to make the most of it.

Spanish i love your posts. But looking at the season as a whole doesn't add up at this stage 4 games to go 3 points up and end up 3 points behind with 2 games to go against the teams we've just played. You can put lipstick on a pig bit its still a pig.

Unless we play it cute. rest Henernadz until playoffs and use the next game against villa and maximise hard tackles. we are in play offs but as stated reality is too light in forward line.

No one can really write the story of this season until the end of the play off final. I agree it’s been a rather disappointing Easter! But unless we write to the EFL and pull out of the play offs, then I guess we’ve got to play them and so we might as well see what we can do! And at least we’re in them!

The best football doesn’t always get you out of this league.
We just seem unable to deliver right now, though I’ll stand up and say the PL would be more interesting with us there than the other two.
That said, I still can’t hear a fat lady singing!
