As I type this, part of me thinks, who am I to question a God but I just have to question the efficacy of Bielsas substitutions recently. Normally he pushes Alioski forward and brings on a defender to replace him. Now forgive me but the reason he is a full back in the first place is that he is not very good as a winger? If we are chasing a game then surely, from the U23s, we are spoiled for choice for attacking threats. As for Sat yes, the game was calling out for a change but really? Dallas? is that the best we can do as a game changer. He will fight for the cause certainly but the ability to affect a game. I do not think so. Unfortunately my worry now is that he will show misdirected loyalty and use those four dreaded words "same team as Saturday"
Not that I too am blind but for Tuesday I would give Bamford a last chance but play Roofe as well just in case, dropping Harrison to accomodate him.

leodis, for me. Bamford lost he confidence, we don’t have lots of games left to bring that back, if we are chasing promotion then he needs to be dropped, bring someone from the u23 in, Roof should always start if fit, and like you can not understand Dallas, this has to MB mistake,

To be fair Whitman the under 23 league is miles away from the championship standard. They may look good at that level but get swallowed up at this level and that can destroy young players if you blood them too soon.

Bielsa has shown faith in these players and it’s one of the reasons why he has been able to win their trust and get them to work so hard. He isn’t going to change that approach now when it’s still close to delivering.
I think if it gets to the play offs and that’s our final chance, that’s where he might well gamble More.

bright i don't think it is questioning Biesa for me as such.
The man is great and done a fantastic job, we have done far better than what I personally expected.
however at this point in time i think we will be the first team to be top at christmas and not go up. and if we don't go up it will not be becuase of west brom norwich sheff utd derby who we have beaten but becuase of dropped points to millwall and getting beaten twice by brum, and lossess to qrp, hull, blackburn
I think mb had no idea how physical and tough the english game was. he clearly knows football and can put a side togteher to beat the better teams playing great stuff. but he can't handle a cold tuesday night in stoke as the saying goes. This is one area where he can be questioned as all season he has got it wrong.

Brightwhite who’s questioning Bielsa’s, think the point being made is time is running out, could he, should he, maybe be, Bamford lost is fire, when do you, possibly make a change. Yes we have 18 points to play with but you have to win, so do other teams have points to win, but they look like winning, we don’t, yes we play well, it we need to win and we’re not. We all want the same thing, you way or way still the same mate.

Back to the point I was making originally. I question his loyalty to his small squad. I question the ability of his substitute choice to affect a game. 0-1 down and needing a goal from somewhere so he brings on mr. dependable. To not let you down (tick) To do a job (tick) but to conjure up a goal? To change a game? I am not too sure. But yes I must applaud his Loyalty and the bonding it causes. Don, t get me wrong. I will/ do follow MB. I think he is the best thing to happen to Leeds in many a year but he does have a flaw. A flaw which frustrates me at times.

mb is great loedis but he has a few flaws, onyl plays one way, no plan b, can't get to team to play against physical or direct teams and agree with your grip concernign subs
he is great manager and done so well for us but still we can be frustrated at certian things. it comes with being a fan.

No one is perfect fellas! First year in English football, first year in the championship, largely the same squad as last year, 3rd with six to go. Some things have worked well and others haven’t . This was always likely to be an experimental year but an experiment that has taken us to a place we haven’t been to in years. The experiment might still work!
With six games to go he’s not going to suddenly change the way he plays or the squad that he works with. This is it until the season ends. Let’s keep the faith!

very true spansih and to be fair he has got a lot more right than wrong.
i think it says more about how good and different english football is to everywhere else
even pep struggled first year and he had an embrassement of riches and talent
it takes time and 1st year has been very encouraging just hope there is a second year be that in the prem or a second crack at the promised land with MB.
