Any team can go to Loftus Road on a Tuesday night and lose by one goal. Not many teams can respond by beating West Brom 4-0!
I posted after the QPR game that I thought that result would make us play better than if we had sneaked a win. I expected a response but the volume of it and the fact that it encompassed ALL the players was what really knocked me out. So pleased for the players and Bielsa!
I'm sure that it's not going to be easy from here on in but beating West Brom by 4 goals is a result that will put the fear of god into teams!
I love the praise that Alioski and Harrison were receiving after the game and Roberts as well. And even a short but very productive cameo from Shacks.
This morning, I'm very very proud of the team and the club!

Agree Spanish, I know you are one of the more positive posters and love the great insight you give us other fans about the U23's, as a fan who lives miles from Leeds, I find your updates very helpful. Tuesdays result knocked a lot of us fans, not because we love to bitch when we get beat, more because we felt like our promotion dream was dying. But last night's result and more the performance proves we are still in the frame. I agree other teams will sit up and take notice at that result, we are far from done yet this season.

not sure about harrision thouhgt he was the one bad point last night as still poor, personally i would go douglas and alioski on left (both playing fb and wing and changing which i think they could do)
but pleased for alsiko and aling both always give their all and the rest of the lads great bounce back and mentality. in four days they went to as poor as i have seen them to as good as i have seen them in a long while.

and i have always rated roberts, he will be hit and miss as he is young and that is the nature of his game (match winners will blow hot and cold just as pablo does and he is a demi god) but for me is raw ability and talent has always been plain to see.

Harrison had his best game for Leeds and was good. Roberts had his first decent game for Leeds and he was very good.

Think most people knew there would be ups and downs this season.
But not such a down as on Tuesday, then not such an up as Friday. All in just 3 days.

Harrison had a very strong first half and a good game. He is working hard at his game, learning and will play an important part until the end of the season.
