Real dilemma whether to sell Ross at the right price or keep him no matter what.
I for one think of the slow dilution of our team over the last few years. Had we kept them all we'd be PL by now imo.
We must make a stand at some point instead of looking back on what might have been. If we keep our best and add to them we go up sooner and unless we can replace Ross with an equal talent we must keep him. 20+ goals guaranteed next season is an asset I don't believe we can replace with limited funds atm

Yes its not rocket science if you don't keep your quality players you go backwards all the time. We need to keep our quality players and sign more! MOT

Ok, I'm just going to throw out there the names of some out of contract players we could go into the market for
GKs (looks like both Kenny and Ashdown are leaving so we need two)
Keiran Westwood for no.1
Eldin Jakupovic for backup
defenders - Billy Jones would love him but probably unrealistic.
David Edgar
Craig Cathcart.
Midfield/wingers - Marc Albrighton
Chris Eagles,
Marc Pugh
Emmauel Frimpong (would take pressure off Rudy, who I think would perform better not playing every game
ST - Almost no work needed here but signing one from
Matty Fryatt
Jamie Ward could add some depth behind Ross and Matt
Of course this is all just conjecture as we face the wind up but MC should sort that out and if he plans PL in two yrs this is what we need to be aiming for. Obviously not sign all of these players but look around at this sort of quality

The team next season will look nothing like this.
Nice try anyhow.

Too many changes for one season/window.
Generally speaking good teams tend to evolve over 2-3 years and 4-6 transfer windows.
They also need stability which is why changing your manager every year, especially when they've had to face bizarre circumstances, is not very clever.

Glad to see some common sense being spoken on here. MC has gone a bit quiet but with all the problems he has to clear up he must prioritise.
He clearly knows how to run a football club the right way so I'm prepared to sit n wait for a bit. TA is a different debate altogether. Can't believe there's so many staff there tbh

Did any of you lot watch Mitchell Beeney in goal for Chelsea on Sky winning the under 21's
He wasn't awesome but I for one want to see a Leeds kid at ER anywhere on the pitch next January.

Re the cameras in the boardroom.
Remember the incredible radio interview by a fan and Massimo Cellino.
Massimo said that Haigh was trying to blackmail him plus a few swear words and he also said a lot more.
The next thing we hear is that the police are called in and find the cameras and a couple of days later Haigh resigns.
What will bury Haigh will be the date the cameras were installed and if it was before Massimo was around.
Also I'm told the paperwork doesn't actually tell the truth about what the money was for.
Either the invoice was altered or Haigh managed to hide it from Gfh.
Was Gfh the target or my Italian friend.

Jus on the subject of this "B team" proposal; anyone else think we wouldn't have any problems if teams such as moneychester city wasn't aloud to field 11 foreign players in their starting line up? Ridiculous that these lower clubs have to suffer when it should be the prem teams made to field at least 3/4 Englishmen on first team plus more on bench. Views anyone?

Not in regards to us, I mean in general if this is for young english players, why don't top teams have to field Englishmen in the first place
