Whatever you say about Redfearn it is difficult to judge a chef if he is told the dish but has no say over the ingredients.

Already some targets have gone elsewhere because Cellino has been in America till today, and he has to sanction any loan players that Neil may want.

Agree0 Disagree0

Don't panic yet, he's about to unleash Morison.?

Leodis
He has the dish and some ingredients.
He's just not got much idea of the menu

Agree0 Disagree0

Should say recipe not menu - oops

Don't make any more jokes like that - it's just come true

Sorry.
Its a brave line up in selection terms,
maybe 4-2-3-1, Not looking very good for goals though I hope i'm wrong.

I will be interested to see who Redfearn picks tomorrow. Assuming he will stick to the 4-2-3-1 formation who will he choose out of Austin, Mowatt, Cook, Sloth, Adryan and Bianchi for the 5 midfield places?

Hopefully, Sloth, Adryan, Mowatt with Austin and Cook sitting behind. Has the ability to protect the back 4 but the flexibility to attack smoothly

I'd drop Bianchi like a shot, no brainer

Agree0 Disagree0

I think he'll leave Adryan and Bianchi out as he favours the kids. i'd play Cook instead of Mowatt though.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think the kids and sloth have to be in the side.

Bianchi syonara. My jury has returned on Adryan. Not good enough and he is upsetting the formation. Play Antenucci or Morison with Sharp with my midfield above and get back to basics.

I would just drop sharp and morrison. They will never deliver so Stop hoping!
Get rid and replace or youth in.
Waste of space. Both of them

Don't get me wrong I would love Mr Redfearn to succeed and become the greatest Leeds manager ever. I don't think he will succeed though and for one key reason. Mr Redfearn is clearly a great primary school headmaster. What he is not however is a Secondary school one. Cook, Mowatt, Byram et al have known him since before they started to shave. Not only will they idolise him they will believe everything he says. Dealing with adults and more mature and world-wise players is a completely different task. I truly hope I am proved wrong.

You will not be. He doesn't have the IQ to succeed.

It's difficult for Redfearn when he does not decide which players come into the club.In my opinion I think he wants players with championship experience, but it's not his decision.

I am saying we will beat Bolton 3-1 if the right team is out there. For him to say we now have Sloth who can play a wide role after Sunderland is a bit of a joke. He should be working on alternate ways of playing in training and in U21 matches, he should already have identified players who can do this. Monty used to drift out wide regularly looking for the ball, or play Berardi and push Byram up. The fact is he has just stuck with one game plan thinking the same players will come good again instead of using the squad and mixing it up. At the moment all teams have to do is watch Ant and close down Adryan or Mowatt.

Well BIGE
Agree
Apparently MC is back at Leeds today, so I think Redders will have to pull his finger out sooner rather than later

Forwards re arrange these words, "goal can a score i" I don't want to be singing let's pretend we've scored a goal again.

Agree0 Disagree0

'A goal, can I score?'
