Wouldn't it be good to sign Milos Veljkovic on a loan with a view to buy, which as we all know is how Cellino likes to do business. All the youngtalen they've poached off us in the last few years, would be good to get one back on them as they seem to really rate this guy highly.

Agree with you MM. your other favourite team Mayo did very well in CrokePark yesterday against Donegal! next up for them is Dublin in the semifinals.

Kildare theLilywhites.we were hammered by Dublin in Leinster semi,and slaughtered by Kerry in all Ireland q f. Kerry put seven goals past them in CrokePark .

Silv was poor
I don't know how BW could say wood had goals in him when he could have had 4 yesterday, I'm sure he will score a few but he could have started yesterday
Burnley for me were disappointing. On that showing not top 6
I know it's first game and Leeds showed great potential and the more they play the better they will get
Good football boys. I'm just saying some had poor game yesterday.

come on Aus you know how it is with strikers one goal and they start flooding in, he looked a handful and kept getting into postition which is really promising, I use to play on wing/inside forward and even at my low level I might miss four one day then score three the next, the main thing is I don't think defenders will want to play against him if he misses or not. I think woods looked like our 20 goals plus man even if he was a bit rusty

Well happy with that display against a team who were in the premiership 3 months ago. Berardi was man of match for me dealt with their wide players well. Easy to blame Berlusci for goal, true he should have put more pressure on the guy but we should have stopped the move at source cross should never have come in we switched off after the goal. Sylvestri had a decent game and midfield played well together.Wood had a decent game pity he did not get a goal but I think they will come. Ant showed why he should have been up front last season, class goal. Byram seems to be enjoying it more and looked up for it. bench looked good but there must be something about Wooton I don't see, but we don't have many options defensively. Onwards and upwards mot.

BIGE your spot on bout Berardi. I mentioned him in a post further down and for me, his style is a bit like Danny Mills, full blooded and steams into every tackle. He might pick up a few cards and give needless free kicks away but not many will go past him.

I know we should not have a go at our players, but Wotton is a joke, he just gives the ball straight back to opposition. I know it has been said before, but him wearing 4 is an insult,and plenty stood by me in the Gelderd saying the same.

well today confirmed what I have been thinking and saying for quite a while. we don't need another winger. dallas bryam douk and ant will be plently there. however we do need another center back sol is good but bullishi@e is a liability bad marking and didn't even jump for goal, whenever near the ball I think he is going to get sent off.

also confirmed we have great keeper, also confirmed ant is class (love him), new signings look good and most importantly we have a very good young team. at times we played lovely stuff with purpose and threat. we will gel we will get better and I think we will be there of there abouts, with another CB we will be pushing for champs.

one thing I have got wrong is I don't really rate sam bryam. loved him 1st season since then I have not liked his attitude or work ethic and think he is over rated. From todays display I was wrong, he showed class, work rate and desire.

only one game but feeling pretty good right now and very confident

Sorry mate. I thought silvestri was terrible. Didn't know if he was Arthur or Martha. Wood was a bit wasteful too but the rest were great. Byram. Dallas and Berradi in particular. We pretty much bossed the second half and a tad unlucky at the end. But I was impressed with play and they will only get better. 2.04 in half marathon. Couldn't crack the 2 hours. Man it hurts.

well done Aus good effort, and can see what your saying about the cat sometimes he looks a bit out at sea but as a shot stopper I think he is 2nd to none in our league, he reminds me of a poor mans de-gea at first he was all at sea but come good with his shot stopping while other areas improved and think cat will be the same. Wood was bit wasteful but first game. as they say you keep putting yourself in these postions you will score. he put himself about and looked a handful the goals will come. Dallas looked constant threat on the ball, bit like gradel and lewis use to. think he will be big player for us

Dallas was superb yesterday, reminded me of Bob Snodgrass in full flow but with more pace. He will be vital to our chances this season. Aunt Lucey will give Rosler a few selection headaches after his substitute performance and I thought the midfield was outstanding. Playing good pass and move football. I refuse to call it 'Heavy Metal Football'.

I still worry every time the ball goes near Crazy Horse Bellusci as you can never tell what he's going to do. The Silver Cat made a couple of errors but we'll forgive him those as he will still earn us more points than he costs us.

Berardi for me is improving all the time. He plays a bit like Danny Mills, full blooded and sometimes gives needless free kicks away but very dependable. He was a bit exposed by Kightly yesterday at times but I still think he had an excellent game.

couldnt agree more with everything MM, ant will cost a couple of points but save loads, crazy horse bellusci is the perfect name, barardi is a lot like mills (now you have said it). it will take time but look at least year we are a whole class above then
