I've just seen a headline on another news site saying;
Leeds United supporters have called for the club's new owners to clarify the position of manager Neil Warnock, whose contract runs out in May.
"Supporters Trust secretary Paul Keat said the situation was leading to uncertainty and unrest".

Errrr Hello! LUST are creating this uncertainty and unrest, with the flock of sheep bleating behind them and depositing their leavings on this site and any other media outlet that delights in bringing down this club.

NW's contract is just another smoke screen for these persons to create an atmosphere of negativity and uncertainty, because no matter who runs LUFC, these toss pots at LUST can't seem to get their grubby hands on the levers at ER. Nor should they be allowed anywhere near the levers either.

Go and support Krasner and his old team you bunch of parasites! You just can't seem to leave it alone, you have to suck all the life blood, oxygen and positiveness out of what is being attempted here.

I have no connection to lust.
my view on their role on the running of l. u. is. . people criticize the members of lust for having the guts to stand up to the money people who rule our game without a second thought to us, the real supporters who 'dare' to question the running of our club. i for one spend all my money on following the team i live for.
i am quite happy for lust to ask the questions i would like to ask face to face with the men with the money who have the power to make ir break our weekends if not our lives. i follow the day to day goings on and am alarmed that the horrible t**t bates is trying to bring down the leader of lust by means of a personal vendetta against an ordinary working bloke, f. f. s. let l. u. s. t ask the questions for us all, i for one would like to know the shady background to the whole affair. love them or hate them they are fans like you and me who have the bottle to stand up and question, and don't hide behind emails that infer that these fellas are fly by knight fans i for one will be joining asap and hope my voice will be heard at the top table. f. f. s. stick together and fight for our club, hope pearson come in with money people who will take leeds united back to their rightful place at the top table with the big boys.

I think our short term future is well mapped out, No Money, we have been bought by the only middle east consortium with no money, We have a manager that like to play kick and run football, we sign only Blade and QPR rejects and to top it all we have a pub playing duck botherer as our new striker. Happy Days!!!

Believable4 Unbelievable12

You never said how you know they have no money perhaps its bcoz they've just spent 30m on our club

Agree4 Disagree3

Thye have paid a £10m first instalment only. Thye are due to pay more end of March but are struggling to raise the money. They are tehrefore looking for investors hence Pearson is now interested.

Where did the news of a 'Consortium' come out of. I thought GFH bought us!

Think youll find pompey found people from mid east with no money and look where they are now, very sad

hi ed13,

what are your thoughts on this Pearson fella coming is as chairman? Do you think he will fetch his own money or work GFH's cash? I am very worried abut GFH and the lack of communication to us fans. Do you know something we don't to put our minds at rest?

Wayne MOT {Ed013's Note - He has a decent record, I think he will have to invest, but to what extent I don't know. GFH wouldn't have purchased Leeds without a plan to move forward. Wait until the Summer when things will happen more quickly than they are now. Remember, they are doing things now, slowly, but for the future of the club like ticket prices, getting rid of players contracts, funding the purchase of ER and TA in the near future. Try and keep the faith, I know its hard, but try}

Talking about elland rd ground & thorp arch, I suspect bates owns them, who in their rite mind would splash out millions on ground when you don't own it, its like renting a car, fitting alloys, engine kit etc, to summat you don't own. you wouldn't do it.

Taxi for Mr harvey too. TeeCee

Ed. ok patience is a virtue but they are making thi gs ten times worse and fueling uncertainties. Simply by not communicating. I think decisions like the Burke one are financially sound but Not going to break the bank and would have made sure we got him which we won't now {Ed013's Note - I agree mate, honesty is a must}

Agree1 Disagree2

Until the so called 'Strategic Investors' are on board (if they ever are) then GFH don't have two bob to spend on players or anything else for that matter.

Agree1 Disagree2

Hi Ed, I am with you on this. So so sad & disappointing to see such negativity in some of posts.
It's been said before but some posters choose to overlook the minor fact GFH only took over our club 2 months ago. Rome was not built in a day and the Phoenix of LUFC will not miraculously rise from the ashes of Bates legacy as quickly as we would all like.

Lets stop this negative and divisive mentality PLEASE!

Ed why are you so confident that the summer will bring some joy. Please explain to all the fans. {Ed013's Note - The January window is hard enough without wasting loads of cash when there is a possibility that there may be a new manager next season. They know that if things don't change in the Summer then next season the crowds will be worse than now and fans won't stand for journey men signings. 50 million quid is a lot of money to throw away without a plan to move Leeds forward}

Please someone correct me because I think I've read it wrong?
I've just read an article stating GFH were willing to go for Burke by using a loan from a wealthy supporter!
Yet when they came in they clear
Y stated they wouldn't have bought Leeds if they didn't have the funds to invest?
In which case does this mean that any monies used for players are going to be structured loans or debentures?
If that's the case we will soon be in the same position that one Peter rids dale left us in!
Or have I got it wrong?

The wealthy supporter might really mean who ever is behind the takeover. I think guy are keeping their powder dry until te summer. If this season is a wash out reevaluate te entire team in the summer when you aren't just buying good with bad. let's see what we want. Who can cut it and who can go.

Warnock went for Burke but refused to pay overinflated price for player coming to the end of his contract
