I remember being at Wembley when Sunderrubbish beat us in The FA cup final. I was crying at the side of my coach when a kind man tried to console me. It was Roy Elam. I said 'if my team can make me feel as bad as this, I think I will stop supporting'
I did not stop supporting. but by eck it hurts more now.
Please GFH get a passionate manager & players who care.

Feeling cheesed off, sick as a chip, worried, not very optimistic, and non too confident in Leeds United at present.

But I also have followed Leeds for 45 years and have learned to try and see past all feelings of negativity and anger. Why? because I know it is at times like now when everything is looking absolutely rubbish it is never more important to support the team. One more win I hope is enough to see us safe from relegation and I pray we get these sooner rather than a nail hitting last game scenario.

If the squad does not prosper by way of results on the pitch to move the club toward PL then obviously GFH will not prosper. It is in their best interests to ensure Leeds prosper and for that to happen They will have to invest in bringing in a quality manager and give him a guarantee of finances to make quality signings for next season. With Warnock walking out and results in 2013 if GFH didn't know this current team is not good enough they surely must do now.

Dear mssrs Haigh, Patel, and cronies, Leeds United are a less appealing acquisition on your investment if we are in League One next season, and this will also be the case the longer we stay out of the Prem League. You bought Leeds United, SERIOUSLY INVEST and take us to the prem or take a run and jump with your empty promises and pockets!

C'mon LUFC, I'm with you loud and proud all the way, through the ups and downs forever!

LUFC always

We need to be very careful, look at the effects having a caretaker boss has, look at Blackburn they have caretaker boss and no win in 10, if we do the same we are relegated.

Is it not effing obvious that when Brown plays we lose?

Today we are drawing, we put brown on in the 88th minute and we THEN LOOSE again?

Just get rid off.

Believable10 Unbelievable1

It's all down to confidence. This is virtually the same team/squad that beat Everton/Spurs/Southampton so we know they can perform. It's no coincidence that as the season has drawn on and the players realise Neil was leaving our form slumped. Uncertainty has played a big part in all of this. I say bring O'Leary back on a tempoaray basis till end of season with Naylor as his assistant. If he succeeds in keeping us up then his "unfinished business" scenario kicks in. Plus he'll put bums on seats and bring football not hoofball back.

When I think back to our squad in lg 1, Beckford Becchio howson Gradel snodgrass and can you believe we slated Johnson!
We have better defenders (maybe) but it's shocking we are in a higher league with a much worse team and so little cohesion in attack. Bates you lost it and GFH you never had it!

Believable13 Unbelievable0

06 Apr 2013 21:37:22
Redders proud of the team ( oh my god ) what's that all about lads? His he just saying that as he feels he can't upset hem all and loose the dressing room in fear of going DOWN?. Christ we need a win.

Neil warnock is a very poorly man didn't he say its ashame he was 2 players off a promotion team?

I don't believe anyone is that deluded we are 10 players off a top half team, I hope GFH have some money cause there's a BIG and very costly job ahead.

As I see it a complete re structure of the team and how the club functions as a business.

I feel very sad today as we have relegation redfern saying the same insulting rubbish to the best fans in the land.

Outside of poyet or a manager that is not available yet we won't take any steps forward with what is available right now.

We haven't got a clue what you are about and would dearly like to know.

when you have a restricted budget for transfers like our next manager. It vital that every penny is well spent, it needs a manager who has a deep knowledge of players in the championship and other leagues both in england and abroad. he needs to sniff out bargains and have current knowledge of all teams and that is why DOL is not the man. he has been out of it too long

Believable8 Unbelievable4

I thought Colin had a deep knowledge of footballers, look where that got us.

Agreed. Which is why we need (and can afford - just) Brian McDermott.

Another woeful result. Is it worth turning up and watching anymore this season? Martin O'Neil would be a great signing and I wouldn't moan at Brian MacDermott either. Redfearn has just insulted the 2000+ fans who went to the valley by suggesting that he couldn't ask more from the team. Worse than Warnock.

Believable13 Unbelievable0

I wasn't at the game and don't claim to know this on any authority but from what I herd in the commentary our fans went exactly vocal today I guess everyone's just down but getin angry at redfearn and folk chatting of not going to game really isn't a good idea

Jesus ime very very worried now. just 5 points of the drop. I think we still need another 4 points. and I think the only chance we have is burnley at home and maybe a draw with sheffield if where lucky. neather the the less ime seriously worried and them lads should hang there heads in shame after that today. My god if only they showed the guts of andy hughes we would be ok. Well done wornock you pxxxk.

Redfearn must have been to warnocks school of bulls--t, he quotes "we went a goal down against the run of play, and it was a good performance and that he was proud of them, I'm ashamed of them, and they need telling so, not wrapping themin cotton wool, they need a kick up the arse.

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Most of our team know they won't b here next season if the fans and managers start to get at them do u honestly think they're going to put much effort in? its a bit of a catch 22 as I see it
and look what happened when Warnock slated tom, everyone was up in arms? when ironically he was quite right

Appalling performance. I would urge fellow Leeds fans to save your money and not visit elland road till next season. I've had enough of people saying get behind the team, that lot of muppets don't deserve our money. Support the youth and bring on next season. MOT

Believable5 Unbelievable4

We need to go and support the team because if we don't we are going down.

Agree3 Disagree2

Theres no winning with some of our fans
wont go to the games to support the team cus were loosing games

wont go to games in protest of the ex chairman (please get a grip)

wont go to the games when were doing alright cus they don't like the style of play

and the rest just simply don't go to the games and sit and have a go at the team from their armchairs luckily we won't have to see these persons until they start flooding back once we go up!

Agree0 Disagree0

06 Apr 2013 18:29:32
Regarding the manager. What we need is continuaty. Its no good changing managers every few months. And having to rebuild team again and again. We need people with passion for our club. People who love the club. O Leary. as manager. Naylor as is assistant. What passion there would be there! They would not team lay down and die! And board stay with them through thick and thin! Promote within the ranks! So when o Leary has had enough. Richard takes over. Preferably with David taking a position on the board to ensure there is passion on the board. Too! And we move another person who loves the club up as Richards assistant. Say bromby. I only mention him as an example. And so on and so on. Some of the most succesful teams in the past have used this method. And I think most fans would welcome this. I'm no rocket scientist. Just a normal bloke. I can see it. So why can't gfh? So come on gfh. Give us fans what they want!

Ps. Ed. I don't suppose gfh will see this post. Any suggestions how we can ensure they do? A petition or something. With as many names we can muster?
Thanks. Bob. Wakefield.

Well, what a shambles this seasons turning out to be, I said to my mate at the Huddersfield game, as a joke " we might be looking at relegation at this rate". Little did I know that I might actually be right. Big game at home to Wednesday coming up. I really am getting nervous now. I know he scored today but reg varney et al have to go.

NW may have gone but the same old crap is being served up. Redfearn selects plodders eleven, no skill, no pace and no hope. Don't you just love being a Leeds fan.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

The worst thing is now Redfearn saying the lads were unlucky and that they applied themselves and were professional today, does he think three shots and a corner is good enough against Charlton because I don't, are the fans the only ones that can see the massive problems we currently have as a squad and as a club as a whole, and the dangerous position we are currently in.

Agree1 Disagree0

06 Apr 2013 18:20:14
I said the other day redfearn is not the answer not even until end of season, you need an experienced manager who has been in this situation before, McDermott saved reading from drop, for f--k sale gfh stop sunning yourselves in Dubai get your arses over here and do your jobs stop burying your heads in the Dubai sand or we could end up in league 1.

Believable4 Unbelievable0

06 Apr 2013 18:12:21
Look at the game stats. We had as many yellow cards as shots on target (3). We had more offsides (2) than corners (1). I think that tells us all how inept we are. JD

Believable5 Unbelievable1

06 Apr 2013 18:05:15
What disgusts me most about that performance today is the fact that they were wearing black armbands in memory of Chris and Kevin. And yet they showed no passion. No drive. Nothing. Get rid of all the nobodys. They don't deserve to be part of our club. Remember the 4-0 hammering of Forest last year after Gary Speed died (RIP)? That was what I was expecting when I heard about the black armbands but no. We got that rubbish. Don and Billy must be turning in their graves after that. We need Poyet to bring the passion back to Elland Road.

Black armbands aren't going to make a poor group of players eni better

As I said earlier 'what a Plonker'. Brings Brown on for Tonge. Morison stays on - God knows why. Leeds concede yet again in the last few minutes. Is there no one at Leeds that knows anything about football at this level? Redfearn's ok with the boys but looks like a frightened rabbit in this league. He was exactly the same the last time. I don't know where the next point is coming from never mind a win. The fans that have watched Leeds play this year will tell you:-
1. White in midfield is a waste of space 2. Although Varney is not that great he is the only one with any aerial power and is more effective than White. 3. Diouff is not that quick anymore but is one of the few players with genuine skill and should play some part in the game 4. Morison seems like he realises he made a wrong decision and wants to be somewhere else 5. Given '4' Poleon should have played some part in the game.
Overall Leeds very poor and Charlton deserved to win. Relegation is a real possibility. Well done Warnock you look like you are going to get your wish. You can celebrate like you did the last time we went down.

Believable5 Unbelievable3

Can't agree about White mate. The whole midfield is a waste of space. JD

Still need a major overhaul next season but I bet they will win at least 3 of next 6 games. Gfh looking for investors so as long as that happens new manager will have money to spend. Still think we should be saying to our prefered manager, who ever he is, if you have ambition and you want potential for prem and europe, come in now. Should be on our terms not theirs
