Sure phil hay is accurately reporting. However, this is another lunatic error by the Italian stallion. Barker is obviously good and Citeh are one of biggest richest clubs in world. Cellino can't dictate to them. What he is forgetting is the bigger picture in that barker might get us up plus player himself might like us so much he begs his employer for a transfer next June. Stranger things have happened.

We are all hoping for more signings but letshave a look at what we have got .
Sylvestri and Horton. two good keepers, Sylvestri will have to improve his game to keep Horton on the bench.
Defence is pretty solid, Byram, Bamba, Berlusci, Cooper, Taylor, Berardi, and I hope Fabro is still with us. Coyle also will be ready to step up if needed.If anything we need cover at left back.
Plenty in midfield think there wil be a lot of debate about who should play. Cook, Mowatt, Murphy, Bianchi, Sloth, Phillips, Ajose, Dawson. Need another with pace who can switch out wide. Only three will get a game if 4-3-3 is used. Think he will rotate them and if you think Mowatt is good wait till Phillips gets a run in the team, really rate this kid.
Strikers are there in my opinion. Ant, Woods, Erwin, Doukara, hope Monty stays, and I think if McDaid gets academy games he will be knocking on the door mid season. Could add one more.
Main priority is pace in midfield need some one there. Think Ant and Wood will score goals together up front. Drury on trial could be used wide right if he has got his sparkle back. Barker if he comes is one for left.Think we have a decent squad myself, one that can challenge.

We seem to be pretty much covered in all areas. Personally I'd like to see a bit of experience in the centre of the park although a fit Bianchi (26) and Murphy (25) could be the old heads of the midfield. With Rosler wiping the slate clean and giving everyone a chance there could be a few come through and that were forgotten men i.e. Ajose and Sloth. Definitely need at least one or two wide players and Barker could be a steal if we manage to get him. He's seems to be highly rated at Citeh and I'm surprised they're considering letting him go.

I'm really hoping ant and wood get lots of goals! It's so nice giving teams something to fear and free scoring strikers do that

i got to say I really rate ant as a class and clever player who is pretty clinical in what I have seen, woods goals ratio is solid and don't think any one can argue with that. Could we have a new wallace and champan partnership? think rest of squad looks good the wingers linked look likely to happen and very good, would like us to go for barton and think he is top class in this league however think we already have top quality in middle of the park so will not lose sleep if not

Bermo, can't be a new Chapman Wallace partnership as they are both 6 footers. Wallace was a wee midget. We still do need wingers. Avoid Barton. His history is like nightmare on elm street. Don't think he would fit in with the dressing room.

is ant that big? this sounds silly but he looks and plays smaller I though he was 5'8 at most. in that case we might be really lucky and it could be a rickets and deane (2nd time round) partnership and we will be in for a season. I disagree about barton, I think he has quality and think he is one that people from other clubs hate but people from his club like, I think he might help bond a young team (which really we do have a young team which I think is great) and help it rather than disroupt it but then you will never know
