It's refreshing to see the final encumbant of the bearded regime has now gone! is this really Leeds United? so many sensible decisions! i'm not used to this.

Not a rumour but would like to see more of Poleon, Taylor and Dawson in 1st team squad this year. Along with 2 or 3 more signing's. BMD seems to be going for a young hungry squad, it's refreshing!

If Dawson develops, we could see him and Luke pinging the ball about. Could be good times. 2 wingers, a central defender and a better keep and we will have good shot of promotion.

I'd like to see the youngsters used in cup games like the one against Chesterfield. I think a few will go out on loan but the rest e.g Poleon should start the cup games!

I thought these pages would be awash with names after bmd said he'd agreed terms with two players and just need to agree fees with clubs!

I thought you couldn't talk to a player until you had agreed a fee with a club

A great week for the men in white, what we need now is for BMc to arrange for a central defender and. New keeper. Any thoughts?

I can't see us getting a new keeper, as Kenny is good at this level and unless we have a lot more money to spend than I can't see a new keeper coming in. For the central defensive role I feel we need experience and real strength

I don't agree with Varney or Hall at this stage. Good squad players and Hall has not been given a chance yet. Give them another year.

Does anyone else think that with the new away kit launch coming soon and the rumours about investment from red bull that the two maybe linked? A red bull away kit possibly?

The blue away kit is from 2012-2014, no new away kit for this coming season {Ed013's Note - Yes there is}

I've heard the blue kit is the away kit again and we are getting a new 3rd kit

It's set to be launched at the FC Nurnburg game! A few people speculating it will be gold, I hope not though.

LUFC's commercial twitter account says the shooting for the new away kit took place on Tuesday. So there will be a new away kit.

Some short memories on here! The black kit was labelled as "Away kit 2011-2013", but was moved to 3rd kit status for 2012-13. The blue kit will probably do the same

Whilst I am over the moon at our business so far I do still feel we are a '20 goal a season' striker short, I look at our squad (including signings) and I don't see goals, obviously I hope I am wrong If we don't sign another striker, but Ross managed 1 in 5 games started last season, Matt Smith scored 1 in approx. every 2. 5 games started (although was used more as a sub than anything else), and Noel Hunt managed 1 in every 5 games for Reading and has never been prolific, now I am not knocking these players, far from it, as they each bring something different to the table, obviously Poleon will hopefully be given a chance and he may well be the poacher we need, but if not I do struggle to see who is going to be sticking the ball in the back of the net for us on a regular basis.

Ross McCormack was one short of your 20 goal target season before last. He was injured for much of last season and when he was playing, found he was in more of a provider role, deeper or on the wing. Think you'll find that he'll get the goals if he's played as an out-and-out striker with the likes of Diouf, Hunt, Murphy and 'a winger' providing the ammunition instead.

I see what you are saying but he still started 25 league games last season, managing just the 5 league goals, it is possible as per your reply that if supply is better he will bag the 20+ required, he was lethal in front of goal at Cardiff and it would be nice if he could find that form again.

Personally I think he is a great player, as he is quite creative for a striker, I just feel I haven't seen the goals I was expecting from him overall.

Only time will tell as to which Ross we get this season, I am hoping its the free goal scoring one.

I know BM wants more players but i'm trying to guess what system he's lookin at. my rough guess would be as he likes the diamond.

There Is still a minimum of two more players to join. Hopefully either two fast wingers are joining or a strong central defender as well as one winger

Replace perce with Richard dunne I know he's 33 but he is still a top defender.

White is a no hoper, No way should he be in the starting line up - or on the bench for that matter

Think McDermott will play with wingers lot of height in the team this year think McCormack and Diouf will bang in plenty of goals with the right service they strike the ball so well and as Kevin Phillips shows if u can strike a ball u will score goals just keep putting balls into box from wing we will be fine didn't see any of that last year let's play some beautiful football once again mot
Also think hall will shine this year just needs to sort fitness that boy can pass
