Seems like Massimo has out manoeuvred the football league. His 75 % shares are not actually owned by him but held in a blind trust which he is merely a beneficiary so in short, they can't make him sell. Nice one Mc.

Well now it gets amusing, because MC is in exactly same position that Shaun Harvey was lol. Stick that in your pipe Shaun. Looking much more likely that he will be forced out before Massimo is, as he has an MP on his back. I think the word is touche! (imagine the accent over the e).
Close the door on your way out Shaun.

So who is the legal owner? And why wasn't that person subject to the fit and proper test? And why wasn't one of Cellino defences to the removal process that they got the wrong bloke? Not saying there isn't a secret trust (am sure there is) but it is not as clear cut as you suggest. Since my questions can be asked by the FL and their lawyers if no satisfactory responses are forthcoming there will be fraud charges.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well George. Seems the FL have approved set ups like this before, so surely they wouldn't want to make an exception for Leeds United. That would seem a tad inconsistent to say the least

Speedyg, of course but they can always make an exception for Leeds United!

Agree0 Disagree0

George! Whatever are you implying?
That Shaun and his cronies have different rules for different clubs? Surely that's just a fantasy that no-one could believe.

they may not be able to make him sell but if he fails the fappt again for the importation of his range rover, no import duty and his second yacht and the money he as spent on the ground at his old club.He deliberately held the outcome of his first yacht tax avoidance, don't you think there might be some points deduction.

Good post danumwhite I said all along this season mid table or just outside play off would be a good b6ilding block for next season to many get over excited if we win a couple on the trot but it is a long season so plenty of points to play for mot!

The target for us optimists at the start of the season may have been the play offs.
Probably up to a couple of weeks ago the target may have been to avoid relegation.
I think that a realistic target now is to be top Yorkshire team in the Championship. I think this is doable.
PS Middlesbrough is definitely not in North Yorkshire! :)

Don't worry gang, I have no doubt that we will get a winger in when the loan market opens next week. I don't think Leeds are done yet and it would be the icing on the cake. Redders knows this and so do all of us. Onwards and upwards. let's consolidate our place in this league, get ourselves organised in the summer before blowing every other team out of the water next season. I can dream, but maybe just maybe our dream will come true. MOT

Oooo Liver
Have you got a gang? Do we have to apply or are we all automatic members :)?

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey SpeedygRIP you are very cheeky, good job I like cheeky ;-)
But any Leeds fan is in my gang as we all want the same. To play great football and win week in week out before heading up to the premiership and facing our old enemies & blowing them away too, especially Manu. MOT

Can't argue with any of that Liver. Even the cheeky bit :)
