FC Utrecht winger Tommy Oar is available on a free transfer. Having looked at him he seems a capture. Direct, pacey and with decent close control. He certainly has a strong shot on him and knows how to put a cross in. Having said that he wants to play in England it looks a no brainer for Cellino he certainly will not have been on a big wage at a mid table Dutch team.
Oh yes and he is an Aussie so language no worries. I know it is easy to put together a good looking 3 minute compilation but surely it cannot harm to get him in and have a look

With the start of the new season imminent the OS has fabulous news of a 'New Suit Partner'.
Sums up our ambition for the season I'm afraid. New season same- same old you know what, and please guys quit this horseradish of 'get him soon , nothing to lose'. The squad we have right now is our squad for the season, there are no new signings coming in.

We are going nowhere but, at least, we will be well dressed.

I don't think he would get a work permit under the FA's new rules. The team have to be ranked 50 or above (new one I learnt after reading the article on Rudy). Not sure if historic rankings count though, australia have only ever reached 48.

Sound a bit down WWW, think we have money to buy one more and get some on frees or loans, lot of players from last year gone and we only got 4 in, Think we got a top ten squad as it is

Will Buckley, left Winger, 25/26, 6 foot, knows the championship, speaks English, quickish, fairly skillful and can score a goal (19 in 96 games at Brighton), seems to be able to create things.

1.5m would think he would be worth a go as more or less spot on for the team. OK didn't do much at sunderland last year (mind you who did) but would seem to be a round peg in our round hole so come on Massimo get that money out.

Saw a clip on MeToob and he looks ok. Fine the clip was dated a little, but he's big, powerful, confident and cheeky.

I mainly like the fact he is 6ft, as we don't have much of it in defence. Bamba being the only one and I think Bellusci of a 6fter

Just looked at the league table on o/s and can't believe we're already 15th with Birmingham of all teams top. Mind you it's quite tight from top to bottom. Told you all it would be a tough league!
