On a lighter note.
Couldn't get to the game on Saturday and just seen the clip of the Adryan 'dive'. Well firstly it wasn't a dive as he was clearly fouled, but just love his roll, almost get up, and then decide to roll again. Got to love the kid, and def think BW should sign him up asap for his next production

Believable0 Unbelievable0

How funny was that dive. Silly man!
W d l w. that's my next 4.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks speedy i'm am doing a feature film about diving its called the good the bad and the really pathetic. Hope the leeds fans booed him. that's the only thing I do like about Millwall once wise dived got a pentaly and score and all the fans booed him constantly for about three weeks. That said I have seen on MOTD a few people stay on there feet and not get the foul or not get the other player sent off for head butts. If people want to stamp this out of the game the refs have to do the right thing if the player stays on his feet (falaini against wiltshire being a example of this but there have been loads in last few weeks) anyway poor form adryan in brazil you can flip about like a broken flamenco dancer but in england we stay on our feet or get up like batty and kick them back harder

Agree0 Disagree0

Well I do want to repeat, because I'm not keen on diving - he DIDN'T dive - he was brought down and it was definitely a foul. BUT it was also the most comical repeated roll over I have ever seen. Bless!

Agree0 Disagree0

Just seen it. He was definitely fouled, then when he hit the ground I think he was electrocuted.
The groundsman needs to dig the pitch up to search for broken /damaged cables!

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes it was an exaggerated roll, and then he went to get up and clearly broke his leg in 1000 pieces and collapsed and started rolling again. Still love the guy!
Hope he has signed the petition!

{Ed003's Note - If a player from another side playing Leeds did that would it be funny? Just throwing it out for debate - personally I thought he looked stupid.}

very proud of the performance of the under 18's. Much better than Chelsea who 'parked the bus' after going down to ten men.

This is the same football league committee that sanctioned the sale of Leeds United football Club to David Haig and GFH?

Do they not understand that David Haig is now imprisoned in Dubai and GFH have done that and yet there are no charges against him?

I think all Cellino has to do is question the motives and the reasoning behind the members of the Football League, including the members who have vested interests in seeing Leeds United destabilised (not that we have been stable for over 15 year anyway?

I have faith in Cellino and his motives and I would urge EVERYBODY to make every single protest they can against the persons that purport to hold the interest of all clubs above everything else.

Harvey is obviously the biggest 'critic' of all despite being on the wage bill at Leeds for almost a decade, that in itself speaks volumes about the guy. A total leech who would probably sell his own mother, and father if he had one?

Yes ed I agree but I also believe once all this is over completly cellino will go after certain parties for satisfaction he doesn't seem the type to just lay down and forget what's gone on cheers ed from nick

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed013's Note - He will definitely fight mate}

02 Dec 2014 19:44:22
Cellino will do the clever thing and sell his control for a nominal stake to third party and buy back on1st of april which sends a message back to fa he will also fight the other italian court issues as they appear or he may just put someone in control until such time as this circus is put to bed have faith people mot!!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed013's Note - He will appeal first, he has a back up plan in place if he fails}

Watching him speak about this I can see a court case against the FL and him winning. I just don't think the FL have seen a guy like this before. He will not roll over and the FL will brown themselves. There is nothing like this ever to happen before all their rules are untested in court let's see what a court injunction does to them.

On the up side I does seem to have brought our supporters together at one common enemy the FL. Be you for MC or against everyone now seems to be hands off our MC.

Seems to me that this is all about the FL board wanting to heal their bruised egos from failing to stop MC last time.
They'll probably be quite happy to let him back next March as long as it looks like they were right in the first place.
Anyway this time next year we'll be back in the prem and challenging for a champions league spot and the year after that Alex Mowatt lifting the european championship trophy as England captain.
Ooh, got to go now I think my medications wearing off!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Tell you what mowatt as england captain would not shock me at all and think I might put a score on it. we must be on the same medication

Can I have some?

do others think that fl are panning to trap cellino by banning him till the 18th of march and then a further total ban when his other yacht tax evasion case has been to court. this being proof he is not fit and proper to own a club.--personally I think he is the best thing to happen to leeds utd in many years mot

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I agree like or hate him he has good record with last club, is a loyal and proper football man and has saved this club and brought in players as good as er has seen for long while good bless MC

MC may win this battle but I fear for the future with other cases in the pipeline. I can only assume that he and his lawyers are sitting down as we speak and formulating plan B (AND C and D. ) in response to the inevitable FL attack to come and in the end who wins? Certainly not football, certainly not the fans. The only winners are the lawyers!
As with all else we must put our faith in the old fox to keep one jump ahead of the hounds.
Keep the faith

Believable0 Unbelievable0

To me there is a simple solution to the problem of MC not being able to own the club until March he just sells the club to someone like Salerno for a £1.00 and they draw up a contract where he buys it back for a £1.00 on March 31st and during that time he continues to run the club through Salerno no problem really that I can see.

Or sells it to me for £1 and I will fill in - no problemo😉

Correct me if I am wrong but as far as I know MC owns less than 10% with Eleanora Sport owning the rest. Why does he need a fit and proper test, not that it matters. His son will take the reigns or Salerno. Carson Yeungs company still run Brum. I am surprised the FL are digging their own grave to be honest. Anyway no need to panic they can't stop MC buying a ticket, hopefully he will be in the south stand with us, mot.

what about Birmingham's owner he went inside but I don't remember the football league asking him to go

Believable0 Unbelievable0

He resigned as Chairman and director when he went down. He has family members on the board and probably runs the club through them from his cosy little cell with Big Ron as his right hand man! I'm not suggesting Mr Cellino runs Leeds through his family members but it would be nice to see a bit more of Eleonora!

I can't understand why it isn't possible to find a lawyer who can't pull all this cr*p to pieces, and expose the FL And SH for what they are. I did post ages ago (but got no response), that I have thought from the very beginning that Master Santa (missed out his name to avoid the censor) came to Leeds with the sole intention of trying to run the club into the ground. I still believe that and I smell him (and his yes men) all over this, albeit from some taxi haven far far away - or is it above the shops on Elland Road?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why can't lufc supporters start a government epetition to put pressure on mp's to start an investigation into the fl & their dodgy runnings
i know there was an epetition running a few months ago, but have forgotten what it was!!??

This whole thing is a joke the FL are a laughing stock. They were left with egg on their face when he successfully appealed the first time and they have since been looking to avenge this upstart who dares to question the mighty FL.

My question is just what is this trying to achieve/prove - it is quite clear that Mr Cillinio is more than capable of running and owning a football club, is a true footballing fan and is fuelled by nothing more than a desire to see the club financially stable and more successful on the pitch than it has been for many a year. Again like most business men he employs accountants to protect his investments and as we all know tax avoidance where possible goes with this territory. So is he being judged as fit and proper to own and run a football club or having s**t accountants who got caught.

My worry is that like a Rottweiler with a rag they won't let this go and when Mr Cillinio returns in mid March they will continue the witch hunt trying to find the next reason to have a go.

It's all in the day to day expectancy and life of a Leeds Fan, but despite the FL vendetta against this club we will continue to take this on the chin and still we will still be Marching on Together.

Agree with you grabar as to why the FL are a joke. Initially I admit I wasn't sure about Massimo due to the way he came to the club. Since then he's proved to me that he can run a football club, he loves us & he's in for the long haul & the FL don't like him for this reason. Once his conviction is spent I cannot believe they'll come for him again as they would look even more stupid than they already do. I'm not worried in the slightest to be honest or am I being niave? Hopefully not!
