I've been a firm supporter of NW since his arrival and believed then and up until recently that he was the manager to get us promoted; but recently (last few weeks) I'm not so sure, cracks beginning, looking at old "tired" players, kick and rush!

I hope I'm wrong .....................

NW hasn't had a fair crack of the whip, still with the squad allowed under Batesenomics. Aside from 3 loans. BTW i recall Reading were lower in the league than us this time last season!
Im not going to panic just yet, as disappointed as we all are by 2 losses.

One thing we learnt today is warnock confirmed we did enquire about Chris wood but Leicester blew us out the water.2 mill the fee.
I'm not sure if he was the answer but he looked half decent this season.if 2 mill blew us out the water then we won't be getting top quality in...shrew leeds

I think the following are plausable deals, dont think big money will be spent or much at all until the summer. Regardless of the upheavel required at Elland Road:

Alan Tate - End of season loan - (Done deal)
Micheal Tonge - End of season loan
Kenywne Jones - Loan
Jermaine Beckford - Signed, wage dependent.
Nick Rogers - Assistent Manager

They may bring in one or two from overseas but cant see any big movers until summer where we will possibly offload the deadwood. Gradel will be back at the end of the season.

Believable0 Unbelievable12

Jermaine beckford is at huddersfield til the end of the season mate. doubtful. doubtful

Agree5 Disagree0

Tonge an Tate will be permanent signings, kenwyne Jones is very unlikely to be let go especially now as he's scoring, and Jermaine beckford signed?? Definately not!! He last week signed a loan extension with Huddersfield till the end of the season!

Beckford has extended his stay at Huddersfield.

Just got back from the game and not impressed with how the team put out performed!!
So moving forward, OK you have now dropped your best goal scorer and the best player to prove a point to the new owners that you need more players by resting them and not even putting them in the team or not taking them off the bench. But I would have hoped that the team put out would have had a go.
Is it that the team we have is just not up for it or has the manager not got it.

Why do people keep saying ' keep the faith in Warnock ' and 'wait until January and he can get in his own players in ' aren't most of the dross in the team his signings e.g Peltier , Brown and Varney , all of whom he's chased previously ( apart from Brown who he drags around with him ). Do you really want this man spending 8 million supposedly in January on his type of player . I'm sorry Mr Hoofball but your type of football is dire and your team selections show a man who has no clue any more.

I totally with you mate, there is no point in looking at signing players like Ince because like it or not we haven't a hope in hells chance of attracting them here. What we need is talent from lesser teams that believe joining Leeds would be a step up in their careers. With Ince being courted by the Premier League he isn't gunna side step to us - lets be realistic about this.

Have to say I'm torn between thinking quality of warlocks loan signings are because of lack of money or his ability to manage in the current climate and the style of football being played by most clubs......I'm thinking maybe he isnt the right man to be spending the clubs limited funds.
Views of others welcome!

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Agree2 Disagree1

I think the problem is that 10+ years ago a team of experienced 30+ yr old players could dominate games just by using their experience and footballing brains.

The game has changed, most footballers are more athletes now, not the social animals of the past.

And well, if your in your 30s, you just cant compete with 18-25 year old skillful, fit, fast players.

we have too many of the former and not enough of the latter and I am concerned that Colin just doesn't see this.

Still on my way back from the Hull game, only two more hours to go and I still have a smile on my face because of Leeds United. Yes we lost the game today, but we lost to a fantastic footballing side, Hull tore us apart and were worthy winners, they played some nice football and kept it on the deck! For some reason Leeds don't ever seem to be able to get a team together who can play football. Most our game is route one and scrappy, we never seem to string 10-15 paces together in an attacking move, one of the most frustrating things about us is that we use Kenny too much, and quite frankly he's shocking with his hands so I don't see why we let him play with his feet so much, there doesn't seem to be any hunger for wins away from home! I still believe Warnock is the man for the job he isn't stupid, he's a footballing genius he just needs players he wants! 2012 is now over where Leeds United are concerned and I'm pretty sure come February 1st Warnock will have who he wants! Stick by him Leeds fans, today we lost to the best footballing side in the league write it off move on, Bolton Barnsley Bristol next up in the league, we'll get 9 points from that and then today will be forgotten, stick together and don't divide again like Leeds fans did with bates hatred! We're all Leeds aren't we? Bring on 2013 come on Leeds United!

10 - 15 passes. Don't you mean 2 - 3. JD

Agree2 Disagree0

So. Reading the managers reaction he is basically saying we were always going to get stuffed today. Best we could do is cram the midfield, rest our main assets ~ Becchio, Diouf and Thomas ~ and hope for something such as Hull having an off day or our leaky defence defying logic and staying at nil. It didnt work but the manager hadnt banked on anything anyway. I might just accept the rational if it werent for ; why not put Hall on for 45 minutes. He has what no other player has which is real pace. White is fast but not with the ball at his feet. Pace is what gets you out of trouble as well as making things happen. Pedestrian gets you Brown and you go nowhere. Why did we go 3:5:2? if we were always going to struggle why didnt we go 4:2:3:1? McCormack on for the first half Somma the second. Brown and Norris or Austin as the defensive midfielders with Green, Varney [or White] and Hall as the attacking midfielders with two of them chasing back on the defence. Hall's pace on the offence running up to a striker who likes the ball to arrive on the ground not coming down with snow on it! Summary. Poor team selction, poor tactics and poor substitutions. Happy New Year boys. TeeCee

Hall isn't that fast, he isn't a pure pace player! His strength is crossing and assists.

Dear oh dear, last season Warnock was creaming his pants over Reading and this year it is Hull (scum reserves). Just when is he going to wet his pants over Leeds? Not in my lifetime I don't think. Revie would be turning in his grave to think our manager wants to aspire to be like teams such as Hull & Reading. We should be looking to our youth as I'm sure there are more Sam Byrams waiting in the wings to be given a chance to shine. I hear Chris Dawson is getting the plaudits, well throw him in, can't be worse than what we already have and maybe an improvement. That will hopefully give our current crop a boot up the jacksy.

Just home from another terrible performance from us. I think we have took a massive back step since warnock took over. I don't get paid a lot but I go to every game because I love leeds. And the trip from Northampton is pricey. I think warnock needs to go, I'm not saying this because we have lost the last 2 but all this season our performances have been rotten. Time for fresh ideas and a change of manager I think.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

The team are influenced by the manager for sure, but are the players actually performing ? I think one or two put in the effort but we need a marque signing or two and some effort by the rest of the team. Warnock will see out this season. Warnock has to go now.We need a fresh approach someone who will get us playing football again.I would love Gus Poyet. He is passionate and wants his team to play football. We have gone backwards under warnock. With the transfer window opening shortly it is now the time to make a change.Any manager that continues to play Brown shouldnt be manager of this club. The trouble is Brown is the type of player Warnock loves that should tell you everything about Warnock. He is a football dinosour.I have never liked the man and the way his teams play.Commitment and aggression only get you so far you also need to pass the ball and keep the ball.Something we dont do.We need a new approach fresh ideas and we need it now.

Believable9 Unbelievable2

Where are Brighton in the league then?, when we win a couple were world beaters, lose a couple and were crap, the time to judge NW is when hes had some money to spend and built a team, his record speaks for itself, it took him a while to sort QPR out, but did it, given the chance he will do the same for Leeds, FFS give it a rest.

Believable6 Unbelievable7

Sorry mate - you're wrong. I was saying it from day one and I kept saying it even through our winning streak, which I said several times on here was more than our performances had deserved. I have been using the phrase 'Going Nowhere Under Warnock' consistently for many months now. I'm sure you'll have noticed if you're a regular on this site.

Warnock is a dinosaur whose style of play is well past its sell by date even in the lower leagues. Football has moved on and he hasn't. Few teams succeed in the modern game by playing hoofball (another term I've used consistently). Possession and passing, creativity and pace are what's needed to reach the premiership and stay there.

We deserve better.

Agree7 Disagree2

No-one expects us to win every game fella, wot we do expect is play like we want to win every game.brown is a liability .needs to f*** off, maybe hes good enough for league 1.we didnt av any solidity at the back, midfield were swamped, only paul green excelled ish, no bite up front..WE made Hull City look good.poor exhibition of football from us, and ultimately an inept display from Warnock.

Agree5 Disagree1

Its not the fact that we arent winning every game its the way we win and the way we lose....personally i think every single one of our wins has been pure luck or great service to bechio we have never outplayed any opponent and the way we concede goal after goal after goal is disgusting warnock clearly doesnt know what hes doing nowadays look at the teams tht are top of league they have creative mids pacey forwards and solid defense something leeds lacks and from what ive read about transfer window warnock has no intention to put right

Agree6 Disagree1

No your right we aint going to win every game! but playing football helps! a complete shambles from the back to the front..couldnt pass, so tried long balls to strikers that are 5ft nothing!!no ideas from the entire coaching staff just stood there looking compleatly bewildered a sorry looking future with this current system inplace...

Believable6 Unbelievable0

29 Dec 2012 16:51:45
Embarrassing.

Unlike some on here I didn't get carried away by the run of 5 wins from 6. To be honest, I thought at least 3 of those wins went against the run of play (Palace, Leicester & Boro) and that we won despite playing some truly atrocious football. I'm always happy to win those games, and I know we'll lose a few we should win over the course of a season, but I thought it was very much a case of papering over the cracks. Well, the cracks have resurfaced again. We were well and truly played off the park today, as we were on Boxing Day.

The 3 defeats from our last 4 (with a lucky win against Boro) is a better reflection of where we are as a team and the only saving grace as far as I can see is that we're a poor team in a poor league and somehow still in touching distance of the top 6.

Warnock is utterly clueless in the modern game. He's been there a year now and has no idea what his best team is, who his best players are or even how he wants the team to play. Today's display of hoofball was just awful and 2-0 was seriously flattering. 6 or 7 would gave been a fairer reflection of what i saw on the pitch.

Doesn't Warnock understand the importance of keeping the ball? Almost every ball from Kenny went out wide to the right only to come straight back at us. The ones that didn't go to Byram went high to McCormack, like that was ever going to be a good tactic. Ross isn't very tall, Mr. Warnock - he never stood a chance.

Did you notice, Colin, how Hull's keeper almost always passed the ball to to a Hull player so that they could build moves from the back with some lovely flowing, passing football? No, I thought that might have escaped your notice.

Please GFH, do not give this man any money in January. We've filled our squad with ageing cloggers on pretty long contracts. We don't need any more thank you. Let Warnock go now, or at least hold back the money for the summer so that a new manager can come in, get rid of 60-70% of Warnock's poor squad, and start again.

Believable10 Unbelievable2

If warnock stays which i don't think he should gfh should only give him money for quality loans, then in the summer give the funds to a DECENT manager, get rid of about 70-80% of the current squad, buy some quality and fill the rest of the squad with some of our good youth, play bright attractive football, and give next season a REAL GO, in warnock we DON'T trust, we will not get promoted with him at the helm

I have said it from day one. Not a Grayson fan but did want Warnock so he could have one last payday. There are too many players doing that at the moment. White not good enough defending or goind forward. Too light weight. Varney not good enough. Tate and Jerome started ok but have gone down hill. Austin not fit but should play in Brown's position when he is. Tactics and continual playing players out of position down to manager. Di Matteo would be good but we might not be able to afford him and he would fail if we cant bring in any better players. Not looking good at the moment. Hope the new owners can come up with something positive. Not holding my breath though. This is a ong held view not just after the two away defeats which I had the misfortune to see at first hand.

dear o dear!! i said this weeks ago that warnock and most of his signings in the summer are not good enough and they are proving me right.what worrys me is i think the only money we will get is from players we sell and looking at team selection today, i fear beccio will be sold as he is the only one who is worth a lot of money? times are not good at the moment, we need changes and we need them NOW!!

Warnocks tired tactics are out-dated, need a good young manager, with fresh ideas

Agree8 Disagree0

Today was a dissapointment and our squad does need fixing but the other results really went our way today and were still in playoff race. the team just needs pace and creativity along with a leader at the back then i can see us up there

Agree0 Disagree2

I do not understand what is going on with leeds, the tactics are just awful, one week were playing the ball around looking good like a premier league team {first half against chelsea} the next were just hoofing it up the field losing posession as always. Were not creating chances and that is shown as we have the least amount of shots in the league. Our midfield which used to be our strong point is terrible, slow boring, predictable and just old and worn out. the attack is starting to get better with Becchio scoring all the goals and somma and mcormack on the way back however Varney is a complete disgrace to our team one goal all season against a team he's not even good enough for, shrewsbury. Our defence just gives up Byram is great but Tate just seems overweght and is some how not being seen as a problem when he is as he showed today. we need young fast wingers, another goalscorer and a proper leader at the back then we will be consistent which is a word that leeds never seem to grasp throughout the last few years. I can see us going up if the right players come in. Otherwise were gonna be hanging around 9th and lower like we are now

Warnock needs big changes, not just a striker he keeps banging on about, a couple of talented midfielders also (not tonge) maybe a winger as I'm not sure Thomas is fitting in. Hope gfh have cash to change things around

Believable9 Unbelievable0

Nice skills with the adding up. Since when did 75 plus 35 equal 100?!
It's two bad games out of how many..... No I'm not asking you to add up again.... Ha ha

I agree one measly shot on target is not acceptable! Let's see how the new guys are going to do in the transfer Market, this will show whether we are gearing up for a big push or whether we are getting settled ready for next season. I think it will be the later!

5 changes and another defeat. OK Hull are a good team and aren't where they are for nothing. But Becchio left on bench and not used in favour of Varney. (maybe want him injury free before selling him on? ) Brown still first choice and yet another yellow card. Agree with a previous text that he is 35, past it and a liability. Anyone agree with me that Warnock doesn't seem to know what he is doing. Maybe I am too sceptical but have followed this club for over 40 years and would like to see them playing top flight football again before I die or demetia sets in !

I must say im really shocked by our performances under warnock we can play sum amazing stuff sometimes but most of the time the team starts game really poorly (and ends on that note) and we cant seem to hold onto enitihng, dissapointed in warnocks tactics and poor team selection i honestly think he seems to have lost the plot with this team eniway a manager of his calibre with a decent enough team in what weve got should be able to compete atleast in this league

I am so disappointed with this Leeds team. They're lacking in quality, there lacking in desire, but even more worryingly, they're lacking in passion! No matter what you say about Grayson, his Leeds team gave 100% every game. They had great character and a good reflection of this was the number of last minute goals we would score. It was always exciting to watch them. This team however shows no steel or determination. It's so depressing!

What price Leeds do a Forest get rid of NW for say Di Matteo and trust him with the purse strings in January? Personally I think NW will stay on til the end of the season and GFH will let him have some but not all the money then he will go in May.

Believable6 Unbelievable2

I personally think he will go. Why did he play that team this afternoon, in that formation. Awful management. I can only think he's thrown this game on purpose, if not then his inaptitude is unforgivable and he should be shown the door with immediate effect.
JB (aka mr Extremely Angry).

Agree8 Disagree0

Otherwise were gonna be hanging around 9th and lower like we are now

well,

im a big fan of Warnock and i think given some backing in january he will make some good signings. however todays game was a shambles. im not Becciho's biggest fan but the lad has a knack of scoring when leeds need a goal. i think it was a mistake to start somma as he is clearly not fit yet and both McCormack and Somma need to play off a target man. Doiuf holds the ball up well and should have played (if fit) with either Rosco or Davide. i can understand the formation change as we were trying to match Hull in the midfield rather than being over run however because we were not able to hold the ball the defence couldnt cope with the pressure.

my second point is that everyone is entitled to have an opinion but it just makes me laugh that we lose two games after being top of the form table and people are calling for Warnocks head. and lets just point out that before todays game we were in the exact same position as last season and that was under Grayson. with the right financial backing in january we could push for the play offs but i think we should be focusing on next season and building a strong sustainable squad that can keep us in the premiership.

just remember that were not going to be in a relegation battle. try thinking positive for a while get behind the team/manager (who ever is on the field) because we will be back at the top soon.

keep the faith and keep marching on together

Believable4 Unbelievable6

You surely must agree that our last two performances have been unacceptable, and this is down to the manager with very poor tactics and team selection. It is down to NW, by the way I'm not asking for his head ... Yet!

I am keen to see what happens in transfer window, we are the best supporters in the world and we deserve to have a team who play entertaining football not kick and chase. Making our loans permanent deals doesn't appease either, Thomas looks uninterested last few games and I believe there is better out there who will, serve the team better. IMO it's not rocket science, it's been pointed out by many others on here we clearly need a strong pacey ball winner and playmaker in midfield. The defence is exposed by a midfield that sits to deep and invites the opposition into a gaping midfield which is free for them to control. Paddy does not command his penalty area, can't claim crosses from corners and other set pieces, and he does not talk to the defence. NW needs to pick a captain who is a leader, and start picking his best starting eleven and sticking with it.

Sorry for moaning, just frustrated at last two results and the way we don't play.

LUFC always

I agree with you buddy, but its not the case of 2 lost games, our teams been shown up a few times this season and weve also been on the back of some hidings from other team, we have NEVER imo realy looked comfortable in any of our games, this is shown in the fact weve only won what 1 game by more then 1 goal :s were hard working and luckily have had becchio on good form, but honestly if you think our performance has been acceptable this season im truly shocked.

Leeds United FC have completely stagnated as a club.
We are realistically a mid table club with no ambition these are the reasons why.
. Poor manager with no plan who just likes to moan and will be gone after his contract has finished and has no idea about formations, substitutions and tactics
. He has signed old, very average players who are supposedly 'experienced' but this is experience in relegation
. No match winners in midfield who can run, put their
Foot on the ball and pass
. Absolutely no pace whatsoever even aidy white has lost it
. New owners with no money for decent transfers
And this in turn has kept the fantastic fans away who are now all too used disappointment

However MOT as always!

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Bad post. We do have the ambition. It's just we need the money to match it. You can only spend it in January. The real problem is NW tactics don't suit the personnel he has. Signings in January are key. We need at least 3 probably 4 quality signings. LB creative CM striker. A 4th might be another center half only this time someone with international pedigree. Until that happens we will be a mid table Championship side.

Believable13 Unbelievable3

Looks like Becchio is off in Jan, as not starting. Leeds competed better today but forward line couldn't hold ball up and Leeds have no attacking midfield support to win secondary ball and provide any positive distribtuion when we have it. Squad requires a minimum of 4 good pacey players (1x attack 1x mid with some guile 2x def). Only Byram is prem quality the best of the rest might fit into a good team and survive but squad all together is very average.

Believable6 Unbelievable5

Becchio is one booking away from a suspension. However, the number of bookings required for the suspension increases after today. The decision does make sense and doesnt necessarily mean he is leaving

Agree4 Disagree1

Bechio didnt start cz he was 1 yellow away from a ban and from warnocks interview it sounds like we have literally no money for jan he couldnt even cough up £1mil for chris wood.....

Agree2 Disagree1

Nonsense. Becchio is staying. Only reason he didn't play was so he wasn't risked for a yellow card. A card today gives me a suspension but after today's games all previous yellows are off the record. Stop stirring nonsense about Becchio leaving. More chance of messi signing that beccs leaving

just looked at 2days team .and again what the fu-k is warnock doing players playing out of position lees tait and pearce at the back dury dropped u was the only one who played ok the other day lees and tait was dog sh-t brown keeps his place in midfield no suprise there becchio on bench with thomas and hall no diouf, so the midfield is flat with no pace again . i personally think under warnock it is the worst leeds team i have seen no pace no creativity cant keep the ball for more the 2 passes you look at the games we have won we been outplayed by most even barnsley out played us time for a change before its too late . hudds white

Believable11 Unbelievable0

We are so poor! Hull are quicker...more effective in possession and look like a decent footballing side! We are slow...labouring in possession and cannot keep the ball! Are players are pulled all over the place looking like mugs...no wonder we are tired! This is what happens when u cannot keep possession. I don't know what is going on...but we need some drastic change before we lose another game. Why no Thomas, Becchio??

I'm sorry but I'm fast losing faith in NW, he insists on picking the ineffective liability that is Brown, and today he's dropped our top scorer whose bang in form and the winger in Thomas who he's trying to get to sign for us permamnently and who has also been bang in form...errr...has he lost the plot or what?!

Believable8 Unbelievable0

Thomas as been awfull the last two games

I've noticed everytime someone slags off the formation/line-up we always go out and prove a point and win so im gunna be THAT guy today 3-5-2 what the hell is warnock playing at were gunna get hammered

Believable4 Unbelievable1

When I saw the team sheet I knoew we had no chance and to see Somma replaced by Varney just compounds the misery. No doubt Warnock will say they had knocks etc, Why are they on the bench is you can't use them, losing patience with this man.

Just at worrying thought, warnock saying in his independent column that we can't match with the likes of Leicester for chris wood, what hope does that give us of signing jerome Thomas he must be seen as more valuable than wood? Any thoughts?

Believable3 Unbelievable0

It's the wage dim ands lester probably have him on 30-40k a week.

Agree1 Disagree0

I sincerely hope that mr warnock was joking when he said we couldn't compete with leicester when it comes to buying players, maybe he just didn't fancy him, if we don't spend £6-7m, you can forget even the play-offs!!imo. {Ed013's Note - I wouldn't break the wage structure for any player, I am happy we won't be held to ransom}

Agree0 Disagree0

If were going to break the wage structure at least bring in a well known established prem footballer like others have suggested in Beckham or Lampard or Malouda (though more chance of Elvis releasing a new hit than them signing)

I hope he starts with green and Norris in the middle of the park today, brown and Austin weren't good enough against forest, could put peltier(if fit) at right back byram on right wing Thomas on left, or even hall on the right, more concerned about us getting a centre half than centre fwd, also I know Diouf holds the ball up and brings people into the game but other than that I don't really get what he does, he plays up front so we need to see a goal return on that, if I were a manager surely you expect all your strikers to hold the ball up (as a given)..we must've had the slowest spine of a championship team against forest..Tate/less can't run becchio Diouf again no pace and lets no go back to brown Austin!

its probably time to look abroad for players as we are not gonna get players that are performing in England because we wont compete with wages. so Italy and Spain should be the first places to look .

I find Warnock's comment that we can't compete with Leicester rather worrying. If he is going to mouth off like that he should give us the full picture or keep it shut. I can't see Chris Wood costing much more than a mill, so if we can't compete with that then what was the point of GFH taking over. If it is that Leicester have offered him a silly contract and we aren't prepared to pay silly money then fair enough, i would
agree with that but we need to know because comments like the one's he made in the Independent will only cause further unrest.

I know we are in the top part of form table but we are basically mediocre. How come we show real potential agai st the better teams but are then absolute crap against others.
Why are we signing hall for $150k when Leicester and forest are payi g good money for talent. I know realisticmy we can't compete with the big bucks but we are not showing any ambition at all. It seems more likely our better players are being sold and wRnock is happier to secure the crap he already has. We are so obviously poor in defense and lack any flair, why doesn't wRnock see this. He does not seem to know our best 11.
He forever brushes over embarrassing defeats by saying forget it the next game is coming quick.
I honestly think the new owners should remove warnock today, send all his crap back from where it came from and start from scratch. There is just no style to our play. We are boring and defensively rubbish
Oh and brown and kenny also out today for laughing at 4-1.
It's time to admit the last 12 months were a mistake.

It is certainly true we have not moved forward in the last 12 months. The least we should have expected with a poor style of play is that we would be good defensively but we can't even say that. It is not a good situation and ultimately there will only be one answer sooner or later.

This is what I sent to GFH...awaiting my response.

Cost per Premier League club of cheapest season ticket. (Adult Prices).

Wigan Athletic
£255.

Manchester City
£275.

Aston Villa
£295.

West Bromwich Albion
£349

Newcastle United
£373

Reading
£375.

Stoke City
£399

Everton
£399

Fulham
£399

Sunderland
£425

Swansea City
£449

Southampton
£495

Queens Park Rangers
£499

Manchester United
£532

Norwich City
£547

Chelsea
£595

West Ham United
£600

Liverpool
£725

Tottenham Hotspur
£730

Arsenal*
£985

For Leeds United a current low ranking Championship club, watching below standard football compared to the Premier League -

Cheapest adult season ticket would be - £462 in the Family stand, but in order to sit here you would have to have a junior with you. So in most cases a parent also paying for his child - £201 (minimum).

The most likely comparison would be the next cheapest season ticket for an adult alone - North Stand - £516.

In effect more expensive then attending 13 Premier League clubs. Which includes Man City the current Champions in the Premier League.

So whilst I'm watching the likes of Michael Brown (35yr old has been), some lucky so so is paying less and watching the likes of Aguero and Tevez.

If your wondering why attendances have fallen by 10.6% in the past year, then I suggest you consider the above. The real miracle is that so many still attend.

This needs to be addressed for next season, quite simply it's a rip off, using fans loyalty against them in an attempt to fleece them. I have had a season ticket for many years, I have seen Leeds drop to the third tier of English football, and seen Leeds lose 7-3 at home and also by 6-4 after being 4-1 up at half time.

Truth be told I'm bored of watching substandard footballers, in the lower leagues whilst paying in most cases higher than Premier League prices.

In no other industry would they charge you more for a substandard product when you can get better value else where. This won't effect most supporters who are loyal. But the future generations of youngsters will simply see teams in the Prem League and won't build this affinity with Leeds as there won't be an incentive as there is very little worth watching on the Pitch.

Invest in players, and reduce prices to a fair, not excessive amount and watch the fans flock back to Elland Road.

Believable27 Unbelievable2

Thats the best argument I've seen in months... Hope it gets through to the new owners and they don't keep listening to Colonel Saunders

Yesss i will admit i am one that has moaned about attendances and this is the best thing i have seen in favour of the fans that are not turning up. still think the passion should be there even if we are doing ****
