as soon as possible, having the ground will make him and the club more money however he has plugged the money pit that was leeds and even given us a half decent time so I would give him more time to buy er I would rather rent er and get three points than over streacth and get ground back sooner.

Ayling has been one of our better players. A bit like Green and Silvestre would you drop players when they have done nothing to deserve it. Sometimes you have to but I would stick with Ayling. Taylor is the more deserving of the drop but the defence has been playing well. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

After the home club's expenses, each club gets 45% of the gate receipts, the other 10% going to the FL. Don't know about the sky money but I think both clubs get paid.

Regarding the line up for Burton. I don't we should let the Norwich performance influence the starting 11 too much. Hernandez is a definite return for me with roofe and sacko behind wood. i'd stick with Phillips and Okane in the centre - let's nurture Viera. Phillips has a good run of games behind him. I would drop taylor for beradi though. Beradi looked sound at LB on Tuesday night and dropping taylor might give him the nudge to start performing to his potential - especially if he wants to be in the 'shop window' for january.

I don't think Monk would allow a cup performance to influence his league picks - he knows the team he wants to put out but maybe those who put in a shift will get a chance from the bench.

In this league there are no "this is one we should win" games, Burton are 3 points behind us with a (slightly) better goal difference. Before the season started I thought Burton might be the game we went out and thumped someone, but not so sure now :)
