Well, Haigh part 3, wow can't wait for part 4. There so curupt, nasty, horrible. Poor Massimo it must have driven him insane when he found out that the club was in a mess. My god, your telling us they we're so incompetent that they didn't have a clue how to run a bussiness, so could have quit the payroll at this point and saved grace, no you carried on. Once you were forced away from the club by Cellino you accepted this. SO WHY DID YOU FLY OUT TO DUBIA TO ATTEND A JOB INTERVIEW WITH THE PEOPLE THAT CAN'T RUN A BUSSINESS.

Deda

To answer your question

Because he will have thought well they don't know how to run a football club but they kinda know other financial stuff so he saw the $ signs and went over there. The truth is Haigh can put up with the corruption it's no big deal for him.

Something the interview hasn't yet covered but I think it will in Part 4 or later is did Haigh actually create fictitious invoices to get paid. We know he did but wanna hear it from him. Then my next question as the interviewer would be how does that sit with your legal training, being a Solicitor etc? It probably won't get asked though.

George

Haigh has constantly slated their lack of business knowhow. He told the "interviwer" that they were lacking in knowledge, finance and morals. They were so useless cue the drums and eastenders music tune in to the next Not to be missed part, where the "interviwer" Let's Haigh slate everyone else and then absorbs himself from blame. He stated the £3 million that ended up in his bank account was for his job at Leeds. No wonder we were losing so much money under GFH. What happened to him in the cells was disgusting but he was in on the scandal of ripping us off.

28 May 2016 09:03:45
Agree with you on this George, he took a risk with people he knew were errrr not good as pound signs in his eyes and he paid a high price for it, like a moth to a flame.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 May 2016 09:52:18
True.
Wouldn't trust Haigh as far as I could throw him. Which I admit is a bit further than it would have been, now he has lost all that weight!

28 May 2016 12:28:31
Haigh also stated that if the mad hatter wouldn't
Have been there for Leeds

There would be no Leeds United

basically he saved the club
People are quick to forget that

What a disgrace this man has turned out to be.
Never thought I would say it but time to go Massimo.

Derby sorted for a manager, villa getting there. Newcastle sorted. Everyone is preparing for next season except us. I'll stand by what I said last week. We are heading straight into a relegation battle, no question.

What are the odds on Cellino coaching the squad next season? He fancies himself as a football guru and if Evans goes Cellino might not have another option.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

27 May 2016 20:58:08
MC will always find someone who fancies themselves at LU, even if it's another non league watermelon that needs to ripen.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 May 2016 09:03:13
He will not do the job himself because he does not have the experience or qualifications to do the job. However the main reason is that if he coached the team and failed who would he have to blame? No better to work someone from behind - Cowards mantra.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 may 2016 19:44:36
well derby got coach in no time . why would someone come to leeds knowing it 2-3 mths could get sacked . only coach we got is the one in the car park . so evans will stay why mc cause no one wants to work for you.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

27 May 2016 19:32:18
Steve Evans is now favourite to stay. Given the way he has been treated I hope he tells Cellino what to do with it if its offered. Of course he could be mischievous and stay and be a nuisance or do his best the club. I wouldn't like to bet on any of those scenarios. Its a bit of a farce.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

27 May 2016 19:01:24
I've got this theory: stay with me? Steve Evans will stay due to all other managers offered the job are seeing how badly he's been treated and they are making a stand for decency and respect for their fellow manager? However? Will Steve want to stay now he's been treated so disgracefully?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

27 May 2016 19:08:08
Doubt that decency and respect in football yeah right.

27 May 2016 19:14:59

They just don't want to work for MC!

Of course. MM pointed out a week ago once Evans is given another season because no-one on Earth wants to work with Cellino he'll say the job was always his and all the stories in the press was cheap journalism.

A worse scenario is no manager/ coach at all during next season. Cellino not forced to fill the position at this rate. Bit like our pre-season arrangements. Non-existent.

Agree4 Disagree0

27 May 2016 17:47:05
It would be rather ironic for Evans to tell Cellino what to do with his 'new' contract should it happen. Evans can get a job anywhere based on what he has done for Leeds over the past few months, seems like Cellino doesn't have many options at all now.

Allegedly we've sold 10,000 season tickets, can't help thinking there'll be a lot of disappointed people when we don't get into the promotion play-offs next season? that's if the play-offs still exist by then? Or maybe that is Cellinos excuse?

I will support Leeds forever, but I am fast tiring of this crap where not even 'nobodys' will take on the job at Leeds.

27 May 2016 12:30:28
Nice Guy Brian sacked by Reading.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

27 May 2016 12:01:05
next year will be special. Just let me look at my old clippings. I seem to have heard something like this, last year, or the year before (or both) I wish Phil Hay or someone would ask Cellino to define just what Evans has done so wrong given the situation and resources. At the start did Evans promise promotion, play offs? No. He did talk of top half but even that was only just missed, so not too devastating. Could it be that Cellino didn't realise he had hired a mouthy Scot, and that will never do.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

27 May 2016 14:14:13
Well Leodis I don't mind Evans but you can say this is what he did wrong - he has a 37% win rate with us - so there you go that would be a pretty big reason if I owned the club to get rid.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2016 14:18:54

Get rid is fine but that's only half the decision. Would you replace him with better or worse?

Sure you will say better. Try telling that to Cellino.

Mornin siblings on the eve of a beerfest weekend. I guess the waiting and not knowing diddly squat is driving us up the wall, but I guess we should be used to this now! Tis Cellino's way. Big Steve is sweating faster than being second in the queue at a burger stall, but really, he and we all know Cellino will not sack him so he can claim compensation, the contract will just be left to expire as have several before him. He knew what could happen when he e mailed Massimo asking for the job. Aus, I will bring my BII certificate along to apply for the job of barkeep, lovely. Up the Whites and down those pints all day everyday.

I reckon we getting the club back on its feet. It's easy to run a football club. Wats all the fuss about. All we need now is somebody to score some goals during game time. I think 14th might be poss.

Just read article on 72 site about abusive tweets to cellino family. No wonder they want nothing to do with us. Sad to see and they should identify them and ban them for life.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

27 May 2016 11:29:42
I think everyone will agree this is wrong. But I doubt it is isolated plenty of high profile figures and those attached to them are trolled online. I sympathise with his family and those who can be identified should be banned from the club for life. I think Jeff should arrange for George and myself to meet in a hotel room with Elonara and apologise on behalf of all Leeds fans. This does not mean we should feel sympathy for the madman and the way he runs the club and excuse his lack of funds, ethics or professionalism.

Just a quick note on Stevos contract.

I understand the issue he has with MC being a little spineless and not confirming the plan for next honesty.
But in all honesty, in all working walks of life, if your contract is coming to an end, you plan for the future.
I would be applying for other work to at least make sure I have a job.

MC is a knob we all know that, but he hasn't renewed the contract. stop harping on about being sacked.

I would have given him another year, but someone pointed out below 38% win rate. That isn't going to get you anywhere where you want to be.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Just touched down at Heathrow. Was sworn to secrecy. Mc called and said he'd read all my special posts and couldn't in his heart offer it to anyone else
It will be a more open Leeds while I'm manager. Communication with our great fan base is paramount.
Pre season will be spent in Lancashire playing local teams
Thankfull larry has agreed to come on board as dressing room cleaner and I'm lining up Jose as chief non league scout.
Regular posters on here speedie is the new canteen cook and bermo will be responsible for the programme. Mm is in control of kit design and wex and Pete will be involved in getting the training gear in and out
Anybody want to be part of my new Leeds please turn up with your resume at first game of the season!
I'm going to run the whole club from school kids through
I have put bids in for 1 goal keeper. 2 midfielders 2 wingers. 2 forwards. 3 strikers and 3 attackers.
I have superstitions around the names of Chris and George so all players and supporters with those names are banned.
I'm aiming for a top of the table top 15 spot in my first season.
God I'm bored.
