SG states earlier in the week after Nunez keeps us in the cup that he is "forcing me to pick him". Today we draw a plum tie thanks to Ramon keeping us in the competition and yet he still can't get a start as Grayson's tactical ineptness let us down again. If SG is not careful he is going to alienate a quality player in Nunez who must now be thinking that Leeds are playing sht and I still can't get a game. Without significant changes in the next fortnight I am predicting a very long hard season. Bechio is a massive miss for us but the problems at ER are far deeper routed and he alone won't turn our season around. Gradel has now had his head turned and should go as his heart is no longer in it and I'm sad to say that Paddy's long injury woes have left him a shadow of his former self, for me looks like he's struggling with the pace of the Championship this season. Clayton, Howson, Snoddy and Nunez give would give us a balanced midfield of pace and bite but without a defensive overhaul and a clinical finisher we are going to come up short time and again. I honestly believe that the problem we have is attracting big names to play for Grayson, he simply doesn't have the reputation in the game to attract big names and this coupled with a chairman who would pay minimum wage if he could makes bringing players in near impossible. I will no doubt be shot down and told to back the team but I think we need change throughout to get back to where we belong as the reality is I haven't seen a more fragile Leeds side since the Last Championship relegation season and that worries me. SG, thank you for all you have done but you have taken Leeds as far as you can Do the right thing and accept you have lost the confidence of the squad and if the chairman had faith he would be backing you financially. Sad to say it's time to go Larry, you will always be Leeds and we love you for that but you are simply not good enough to get us out of this league MOT

Some very valid points mate. I agree with alot of what you say. We have a fragile team with only a handful of stand out professionals. Sadly that won't win us games. Time and rind again larry makes the same tactical mistakes. Today was another example. Gradel is selfish and has quite rightly had his head turned. Defensively were paper thin....bringing o brien on showed that. You won't get shot down alone mate.......I am with you. My season ticket and the fact I follow Leeds away gives me the right to be critical........
I am behind my team before anyone starts, financially and physically. Costs me a fortune in travel to see us get turned over by a team lacking confidence and shipping goals like the titanic shipped water.

We should have been out of site by half time,especially against a side so low on confidence,Grayson should have started nunez from the start,poor management,if as grayson himself said midweek nunez's form was demanding that he was picked, so why not?,this again id grayson all over, he says that there is competion for places but doesn't follow through,this must cause friction at least with some players,must do.how many times have we seen grayson pick his favourites at the cost of the team/results,if i was nunez i'd be saying what have i gotta do here, did the same with somma and others b4,look at the players we have ie, gradel,snoddy, clayton,howson,nunez,with others coming back too and surely we must do better than 5 played 3 loses, a draw and a win,this to add to our second half of last seasons form.tell me is that good enough for you?, well i expect more from us,and more from the manager too, if he can't cut it then bring in someone that will, AND SOON.

Well- Another three points lost to a red card. 3 in 4 games smacks of indiscipline. As with Howsons card against Boro we'd be better off conceding a chance of a goal against us than playing a huge chunk of the game with a man down and then losing.
Not indiscipline mate - rank poor refereeing has now cost us at least 4 points. It was a foul ON White today, the guy pushed him. Plus we should have had a penalty for a foul on Gradel.
