Montenegro 7 goals in 16 games for Nacional, big mistake to lose him could have been doing that here.

Actually agree with you on that one BIGE looked good and far better than a lot we had at the time should've been given a chance.

Is bridcut the missing piece to the jigsaw thoughts anyone.

He could be if he puts the effort in unlike Buckley who was a shameful waste of talent and money!

Hope he does but hard to say as he has not played a lot of football. Hope its because he has not had the chance and not because he is not good enough, time will tell.

DJ Thames Valley White, Thanks for the info, but I have only just read it. I expect I'm to late, but will give it a go. MOT.

Lorimers article in post spot on. Relying on kids too much, no leader, crap defence. Hope bridcutt is an influence. I hoped Bianchi would be doing that job but been out ages. Said before we can't expect young ones to play 50 games a season, plus internationals in cooks case. Need to start using all squad, sloth, erwin, coyle, biianchi, phillips instead of playing everyone out of position. Botaka on right dallas on left. We are not going to win anything this season so need to find best team wether Mowatts in it or not.

two up front got place well that's wrong as no goals . so at some point you have to give Erwin a go can't be any worse off . in for a pound in for a penny.

Steve Evens has a lot of thinking over his team selection for the QPR game. The two up front have more or less secured their place but Erwin must be considered a threat to one of them. With Bridcutt joining the team I am assuming that Murphy will be dropped to the bench. Botaka and Dallas should start if we have out and out wingers then we should use them. The question then is who gets the other spot, Mowatt or Cook. My choice would be Cook with Mowatt on the bench. Finally the back four. If I was Evens I might consider Cooper in the left back slot he as played the position before under Redferns reign and didn't do a bad job. Bamber and Belluci central defenders with dare I say it Byram at right back, he deserves a runout if only to prove to the fans that he is still a loyal Leeds United player. I know mine is only one opinion and you will all have your own ideas therefore it would be interesting to hear what other permutations you could come up with.

East K Up front fine, midfield agree but don't mind re Cook/Mowatt BUT. let's not play Cooper as a full back because he ain't, I saw those games under Redders and he didn't do well and we don't need to do that so doesn't make sense.

So I would keep Cooper/Belli, Taylor if he fit which he might be so I hear and yes SB better player than Wootton no doubt but he has not been a better player this season so in some ways I can see why u play wootton even if him only average.

Slightly confused.
Liam Bridcutt has joined, with Will Buckley going back to Sunderland!
Lad never really got an opportunity to show us what he's got but hopefully Bridcutt will.

Clearly a case of one in one out. Bridcutts salary will be offset with Buckleys "recall".

I don't see any other business unless we they are on £1k a week and the home club is willing to pay 93% of the salary.

DS very negative view mate.

Buckley has been pants for us and clearly SE has seen him in training and though hmmn this guy has lost all confidence (not good for a winger) , in fact he has kinda said that in the press.

So from our point of view if the guy isn't going to feature then why keep paying if you don't have to?

Hopefully this one will have more impact than Will B who should have been good for us but hey ho you never know how these guys will do.

Maybe, but still. We are under staffed in other areas and I feel pushing for this signing over a GK / LB or ST is short sighted.

We have ample cover in the middle of the park, maybe not to the standard we need, but still. We have the players.

I really hope he is match fit, as he hasn't played much at all so its a gamble.

You can't sell players in a loan window, the clue is in the title. Let us see what happens in the January window or more likely at the end of the season with regards to Cook, Mowatt or Taylor being sold.

You can loan with option to buy can't you?

Think you can Wex but none of the young moneymakers were ever going to be sent out on loan.

Prem teams are sniffing around our young talent. Prem teams are not allowed to loan (with a view to buy) during the loan window. It is only open to football league teams.
