When will you all get it
We are not gong anywhere fast
Watch the real fans walk away from this mediocre rubbish.
This is not the Leeds we all love.
Sorry guys but I'm ashamed to be a Leeds supporter.

No offence. But bore off then. This is hardly "banter" and if you're not willing to support the boys through the "ups AND DOWNS" then you certainly don't deserve to march on together when we are UP.

I personally am relatively optimistic that we have a starting team with an average age of 24/25 (guess work) and almost 50% of those homegrown Leeds / British players.

Take your pessimistic head out the sand AND MAKE SOME NOISE. That doesn't mean moan about every bad pass or missed opportunity. But sing proudly. because we are Leeds!

Born in Leeds
Supported Leeds all my life
Always been PROUD to support them.
Whatever happens on and off the field will never change that
The more we are hated by other teams supporters and the press, the more I love it.
To me its an honour to support Leeds.
If you are ashamed to support Leeds United, I suggest you jog on back across the pennines and find another united to follow. their loss will be our gain

{Ed003's Note - Not all that bad on the bright side of the Pennines speedy :) }

Untouchable
Compared with the rubbish teams and managers we have had recently
this young team has potential and the manager is better and the owner is spending millions
Your opinion is confusing
And if indeed you are survivor you are still seeking attention by any means you can. Shame on you

So what precisely were you doing during Prof Mckenzie, Bates and GFH? Cartwheels? Your anger is misplaced because you should be abating not ramping up. That's why I got you figured for a possible agenda. You just don't make sense unless of course you think Roque Junior, Paul Okon and Michael Ricketts were superior players than Sol Bamba, Lewis Cook and Chris Wood? We never really recovered from first time administration. Proof? We went into administration a second time shortly thereafter. Bates milked and used us and don't even get me started on GFH. Probably worst owners of a former PL club ever. We still in recovery mode. Proof? We don't own our ground yet. You got to walk before you fly again. We are walking. Almost jogging actually. So please terminate these silly negative posts of yours. They simply don't add up unless there's an agenda.

Well said George ,I believe we all agree that on the whole as MM has stated the back room ,board and team has been improved .
My expertise is in correcting behaviour in dogs however a point made by MM which rings is if we give the person attention (reply)then we are rewarding him .

Ausnam don't get me talking dogs! D G great post ,I believe that with two or three experienced players we could be in and around the top six .
Liam Moore (def)being mentioned also the winger/playmaker Limbombe as for Forest he wants to stay in London .
I don't think strikers is going to be are problem this year as we are not playing Morison on his own up front every fame .
I to would like to see Erwin get put on the bench and given some good playing time as a sun over the next few games .
Also Chris Dawson who played in the under 21 squad was a total handful the other night .
Think we should use the young guns ,but not every game as starting players ,as I think there are a lot of games to come as yet.

Cannot believe "oh for the good times" is a Leeds supporter, what is so bad right now to give up after 50 years, I too have supported for over 50 years. Is it worse than the fire sale under Ridsdale, worse than dropping to league 1, worse than a fifteen points deduction, worse that having papa smurf bleed us dry, worse than being almost bankrupt and no longer in existence, worse than GFH and the false hopes, worse than shipping 6 goals under colin, worse than having the Hock as manager. 50 plus years through good times and bad, I will always support the Whites no matter what. Rant Over

Feeling positive about this season too.

Thanks? Ox for reminding me of all the bad times. Haven't there been a lot (and I am sure there are some you have missed)
Yes a true supporter supports thro thick and thin. Your team is your team, come what may.
Thats why I take my hat off to all the non league supporters standing out in the wind and rain week in week out. One man and a dog cheering more defeats than wins still going back every week and defending their team in the pub every Sat night.
On a more positive note I too believe that this season we will come good altho so far we have not set the world alight.

also I have to say as a leeds fan I almost (i say almost) prefered the bad times. my favorite time of being a leeds fan was in league one. to me that was being a proper fan, I got to see leeds more and really felt the community of leeds and the togetherness of the team and whole club. A win is a win and beating cheltham in league one was just as enjoyable as beating spurs in prem (all games have to be held retrospectively) seeing the team get rleigated was a killer, seeing the team get ripped by bates was even harder but the lower league years have been just as much fun as the prem years and that is what makes proper fans none of the glory chasing rubbish, that is for other fans (city chealsea spring to mind) not super leeds fans

Good morning all, clap along if you feel like a room without a roof. Smile, we actually have a proper team. Organised, hard to beat and have potential, all that's missing is confidence hence the conservative approach Saturday at times, a couple of wins and we will be tearing into sides. Wood has a couple of goals so that monkey is off his back. A weeks rest and I think we will beat Derby. Smile an wave boys the force is with us

I'm usually a glass half empty person. But have to agree with posative posts on here. Better on and off the field than last few seasons. We are going for players that fans of those teams do not want to lose and yes the vibe inside the ground is better. 2 or 3 really good signings and we will be in the mix.
