OK this one is for everyone out there in Leeds land.

Question, do we think that by the close of the loan window on Thursday will will have done the following:

1) Nothing

2) 1 player in

3) 2 players in 1 or 2 out

4) 0 in but 1 or 2 out

5) 3 in and some out

It will have been a real waste of time in last few weeks talking about this if nothing happens but i'm afraid number 1) gets my vote.

Dallas played left wing back for Northern Ireland in last friendly and Republic used a left sided midfielder Robbie Brady as Ieft back against Bosnia. Using Dallas in that position is something Evans should consider til Taylor is fully fit. Though is there enough confidence in the centre backs to provide defensive cover?

affron

This may work (who knows) in the short term. But we seem to be back to where we were last season, square pegs in round holes. If Dallas plays left back, a winger playing left back and a cb playing rb. We now have two fit keepers at the club. We are desperate for new additions But Our Owner Won't Sign Anyone because owner is over sensitive to critism.

Couldn't disagree more with a back four of Byram, Bamba, Cooper and Taylor for QPR. Bamba and Cooper together is an accident waiting to happen. Their appalling track record together speaks for itself. Usually 2 or 3 goals conceded every time. When Belusci plays its usually 0 goals or 1. Belusci does make mistakes but he usually sorts out his own mess. He made a few mistakes that led to goals at Middlesborough but that was unusual. Bamba also made a howler that game that cost a goal and? Since coming back three clean sheets and a one goal loss. Bardi and mid field at fault for that one.
I listen to fans and Noel Whelan criticising Belusci whilst overlooking Bamba and Cooper's poor positioning and mobility. Belusci covers their mistakes and failings every game.

Byram is not playing well at the moment (hopeless really) and Taylor won't be fit enough.

Ok Hesslian
If Bamba is unfit and Taylor not ready to come back. What would be your back four be. You can't pick Byram as owner will not allow it. Belusci was dreadful on Saturday. Against a decent attack we are going to suffer. Evans could see that and that is why he is rushing Bamba back. If only the loan market was open and we could sign some players.

Chances are hess Bamba won't play because of his toe so it will be coops and bellusci although he can be prone to bad positional play, I think he was at fault for Rotherham goal as he left his man on his own. He did play very well against Cardiff and Huddersfield though. Still think Byram is better than Wootton even when he's useless 😂 although don't think big Steve will play Byram as like cookie he's on his way out, so will have to be Wootton, and if he can't gamble on Taylors fitness there's not much alternative at left back as beradi is out for 3 games, not sure who could play there which is why I would ask dallas to play there till Charlie is fit enough.

Belusci was not dreadful on Saturday. Cook was; Dallas was; Mowatt was; Murphy was; Berardi was; Wood was;and Wooton was Wooton. Don't listen to Whelan. I don't think he likes Italians.

He was at fault for the goal. Bad at playing the ball out. Pathetic free kick in a great position. Not physical enough for this league. If Bamba is fit it will be him who is dropped. Mowatt was played out of position. Be radio is a right back playing out of position. Wooton is a cb playing out of position. Hoofing the ball to Lumpov meant that our midfield hardly got on the ball.

Morning people! Well guys it looks like we will have to accept losing cookie, unfortunately it's going to be an offer we can't refuse, my only wish for the talented young man is that he doesn't go to man United for the obvious reason of course but mainly because if he goes to them he won't get game time and will end up rotting in their reserves. That would be a real shame and waste of his emerging talent it would halt his development without a doubt.
He'd be better off at Liverpool as I think Klopp would play him, or even Bournemouth as he would fit into their style of play with ease. I wish him well if he goes, just hope Mr cellino uses the money to rebuild our quality lacking squad but sadly I have a feeling he will take the money and run, especially now he's peed off with us, ah the joys of being Leeds haha 😂 Mot.

Well, it's only ever been a matter of time before Cookie moved on, so I wish him well. And few (on here at least) have thought that Sam and Mowatt have set the world alight this season. And further, MC did say when he first came that it was his plan to sell maybe 1 youngster a season.
So far none have gone - which I think is unbelievable in the circumstances, and would not have been the case under any of the last several owners.
We know MC will get a good price for any player he sells, so the big question is not really if and when they go, but whether he reinvests the money!

so byram cook could be off and who's next mowatt . is this a parting gift from mc . no point cook going to bournemouth as there going down . and bit young to move and sit on bench.

Team for QPR
Silvestre
Byram Bamba (toe permitting) Cooper Taylor
Botaka cook Mowatt dallas
Wood antenucci
Subs
Peacock-farrel wooten bellusci Phillips Murphy erwin Buckley

If Taylor is knackered ask dallas to fill in at LB and bring Buckley on, I'd still play Byram instead of wooten even if he's still not signed contract.
See you in the capital guy's for an away day jolly ☺.

It's funny you said that about Dallas as Hunter said Revie turned 2 wingers in Reaney and Cooper into full backs and look at the success that brought about.
So with Byram as well it might be a brilliant idea if they can work both sides of the park feeding Wood and Ant in the middle with someone like Erwin picking up the pieces.
Just my thought.
