Fergie Jr saying it was 96th minute when we scored when 4 minutes were added on..it was 94 minutes and 38 seconds when we scored and it's a MINIMUM of 4 minutes, so it was all fine and dandy, MOT

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Thanks to all peterboro fans who gave us great day yesterday !! when u scored equalizer and me and my son got called northern scum then oops 3-2 !! thanks again ! mot !!

Agree9 Disagree0

I think his comments are laughable, especially when he says "But it's Leeds United, so it'll be ok" like we get an easy ride with referees. We're well known for being well treated, and being favored in matches aren't we! It's not like we're regularly down the bottom of the discipline table, or have the handle "Dirty Leeds" is it?!

The match finishes when the ref's watch get's to 90mins... end of!

Agree6 Disagree0

Im from Leeds but moved to Peterborough and lived there for 15 years, a still a massive Leeds fan. I wouldnt take what Peterborough fans say to heart, the city is carp, the fans are carp and the stadiums carp!

Agree2 Disagree0

I think Ferguson Junior should be looking at what Ferguson Senior gets away with, regarding extra time....lol!!

We scored in the 94th (and a bit minute) because we kept going till the whistle, not to the clock......

I say play the boy Cairns in goal. Can he do any worse? All I know is Rabchoker should never be seen again wearing a Leeds United shirt...although ironically last time we had a really awful goalie we had quite a decent side I recall. Or is my memory slipping in my ripe old age? Can't remember us having a really bad goalkeeper since those days.

Believable7 Unbelievable3

I think we've been quite lucky with goalkeepers in general, my own choice of best ever would have to be Martyn, but I think you are talking about a certain ?Welsh goalkeeper who could quite probably have missed a bus, let alone a train....lol??

Many people knocked David Harvey at that time, but he too was a decent keeper!

Mervin Day used to give me nightmares, the amount of time he'd spend up near the halfway line, but he probably felt lonely to be honest - ah, those were the days?

Goalkeeping memories, anyone??

Agree2 Disagree0

Paul Robinson heading in a goal and Gary Sprake catching the ball in one hand and punching/knocking out the attacking player with the other before leaving the pitch - my dad says he did it a few times

Agree2 Disagree0

Why not give him a go, might give Rachubka a kick up the backside in training. but just for one game to see how he does.

Agree0 Disagree0

Stranger things have happened - Jolly green Giant Neville Southall turning out for Bradford v us that time!!

A very unhappy Ferguson household this weekend,Dad and Lad will both be moaning together.

It's brilliant but I can't agree. I'd rather see Leeds winning any day of the week.

Is anyone out there interested in maths? This might grab your attention. Our average points per game over the first 6 games was 1.1. On that magnificent form we would have ended the season on 50 points. Our last 6 games have produced an average of 2.3 points per game. If our form dips slightly and we average only 2 points per game for the next 34 games we'll amass 89 points.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Now that's very interesting, think i might hang myself right now. What's the odds on that then.

Agree3 Disagree1

You can make statistics say anything you want, most people think if you have ten red balls in a bag and one yellow, then the chance of pulling out a yellow ball is one in eleven?

..actually my answer is it's one in two....

because you either will pull out the yellow ball or you won't?

see what I mean?

You could try and forecast how many goals any player will score, on a given day, how many players will be booked (and how often a certain team will be beaten 6-1 at home lol?) but whats the point?

Get a life.......

Agree0 Disagree2

Stop being so nasty to a fellow supporter, too much of that on here, Banter page remember.

Agree2 Disagree0

As the writer of the original article I'd just like to say thanks for your entertaining participation. I agree that the stats are pointless. Let's just keep winning matches. Very nervous about Wednesday though!

Everybody needs to realise that when teams play Leeds, even in the Championship it is their big game, the grounds are full, the atmosphere is always good. It is no wonder we concede goals, our defence over the last three games have played really well, it has been unfortunate silly little mistakes that have let us down. We have to keep with this back four, the more they play together the better they will get. Goalkeeping at the moment is ? but again this lad needs time. In all me like all Leeds fans need success now, but we all need to look back and just see how far we have come under Grayson. Most of the teams in this League are very average all we need to do is keep calm and we will be there about's in May. Kevin leeds fan 50 years.

Believable11 Unbelievable1

I completely agree. The back 4 need time together, its no good rotating everytime something goes wrong. They will grow stronger as the season progresses.

Agree3 Disagree0

Lets play all our games then at cinemascope or the local library.

Agree0 Disagree1

This last post is pointless, the general post is fair and puts good points together. Now that we have shed the likes of Johnson and Kilkenny, Naylor and Gradel and the person goalkeeper, our lads are starting to learn to play together, and are believing in each other, unlike you who obviously spend most of your time at the library or wherever?

We are making mistakes, we do need backup and a stronger player or two, but for F++ sake get behind the team, don't keep kicking it....

Anyone at the game yesterday, how did Lloyd Sam do?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Set Clayton up for his goal and crossed it in for O'Dea to score so not bad

Agree1 Disagree0

Turned the game for me. Brought some pace on the right that we had been lacking most of the first half and seemed to give connolly some much needed confidence.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hopefully he will get more time on the pitch, the future is bright....

Everyone. Peterborough are the best attacking side in the league, if they want paynter let them take him but if he gets better then let's keep him cos I have a horrible feeling that if we don't get promoted Ross is gonna leave just like Graham did at Watford. Not being negative, just wanna know what y'all think. IGWT!

Believable1 Unbelievable0

In all seriousness, i doubt paynter could get any better. Hopefully mccormack will stay and we will get promoted... In an ideal world anyway. Playing well as of late though so i dont think we need to worry about losing him.

I think we have to get behind our secod string keeper. He has mad good savesand yes he has made a couple of costly errors. Noone is getting on Mccormacks back. He missed at least three chances at Ipswich which even with the white sending off could have got us a point. He missed an absolute sitter against Coventry whic would got us a win. He missed afew against Peterborogh which would have put the game out of their reach. Still because he has scored as well he hasn't a problem. Stopping them going in at the other end doesn't have the same effect so if you make mistake the fans are on your back. Mccormack has done well but he could have done a lot better. The goalkeeper needs the fans behind him just like they are with Ross.

Believable5 Unbelievable2

We need to be behind EVERY player, win lose or draw, good play or mistakes.

I will go back to the Hull City game where Tom Lees scored an own goal in front of the kop and they didn't berate him in any way, and when he scored a near identical goal the other end gave him the biggest cheer going, what a boost to his self confidence that was!

Have faith, supporting Leeds has never been an easy ride, even back in the glory days, but why make it hard for/on ourselves??

Anybody would think we are bottom of the league ??
