A rather unfortunate exchange between Lucas lufc on Instagram. More concerned with Taylor's response. He should not have felt the need to post but his attitude didn't seem right. I have posted before that I thought he had what appeared to be an anti-management stance throughout his career.

He hasn't been at his best recently (before his injury) and he seemed reluctant to go the extra mile except when premiership clubs were on scouting missions. Berardi plays his heart out every game. Haven't seen Taylor do that for a while.

BTW, that isn't me. I know that we won't get £7m for the suit maker in summer as he's out of contract. Any LU fan with half a brain would've known that. I hope Taylor signs but can honestly only see it if we go up this season.

Replying to my own post. LUFC are claiming that Taylor didn't post the Instagram although indicators on site appear to show otherwise. Who knows?

Lufc and AR are saying it was a fake account and not Charlies. I think this could be true as I don't think he would try push the fans buttons and turn them against himself. Probably a dogbotherer or a wendies fan trying to ruffle feathers. Keep the faith boys MOT

I disagree re taylor trying. I've always thought he put a good shift in.

i still think taylor giving 50% is better than beridi giving 100% when on the left. Taylor is best in the league and offers so much going forward and in defence. i don't think i have ever seen him make a mistake. He will go and fair play to him guess fee will be decided by f a tribuianl so that will be a life long ban for MC and 15 points deducted

Leave berahdi alone bw. General consensus is. He is a good defender who does his best. Works hard. Jeez. When you got it in for someone. You don't let go do you! ?

You've taught him well Aussie !

Berm that's quite alarming what your saying about beradi. If every player on the pitch put a shift like him we would be running away with the league now. Also remember he's right footed and a right back by trade. We would be stupid in my opinion not to extend his contract. This guy is a proper pro, you never hear him complain when not playing and is never in the news for the wrong reason so we need people like him around.

Ausman while we're on the subject of giving players stick and calling them would that include the wood?

Whose wood? Oh. Right! Him. Lol.

i have left him be, he is a decent right footed defender who is a model pro playing on the left, not his fault he is playing on the left but he is and he is no where good as taylor at doing it. beridi is decent enough but taylor is class was more my point, rob green is a goalkeeper but if played up front i would say i prefer douk.

I have accepted he is decent and maybe i was being harsh but come on he is nowhere near as good as taylor as a left back is more my point. also i personally think taylor always puts in a shift. I have sent berardi a moonpig card apologising in swiss and italian just in case, but i have put p.s you ain't no chaz taylor son at the bottom as well. I think we need to renew beridi's contract but hate the thought of him being a long term 1st team starter his place is very good back up IMO

If Berardi was making mistakes that lead to a goal every game I'd say get rid. We do have cover in a left back in Denton, so if monk thought he could put in a better shift while Taylor was out he'd play him, but he's kept faith with Berardi and has been one of the few players who has kept his place in the team the whole time. For me he's shown consistency and maturity to adapt for such a long time and he looks happy to just be playing.

I never saw him as a team player before this season but he's always hugging and praising the other players and does often stick about at the end to thank the fans. It's good for us that we have competition in the two places he can play.

I think it's made him step up his game a bit, and if he doesn't stay at us, with more good performances we may get a bit of cash for him? Who knows, all I know is that I have no complaints playing him this season as he's grown on me massively.

You're so good at laying the bait BW, and it's amusing to read the comments of those that bite lol

Well said Martin, wind up or not, Berardi always puts a shift in and never hides. Fair play to him for coming back after a long injury. Hard as nails too! MM 🍻🍻🍻

i don't bate ever (you lot should see my facebook i have had a feild day supporting trump recently) in all honesty decent player done a good shift and plays for badge/team which has to be applauded but i do love taylor and would say he is possibly my fav player since delph and i loved delph.

And like delph he'll stick twofingers up at the club that gave him a chance and invested in him. Wonder if beradi will still be here after the suit maker jumps ship.

I think the OP was a wind up merchant - can't imagine a true fan posting that and particularly not knowing CT is out of contract in the summer? ! where has he been for the last two years?

For me, the best result last night was Derby dropping points. In theory even Blackburn could finish above us but in practice I think our dangers are Norwich, Fulham and Derby. Be nice if Fulham drop points tonight.

Got to stop worrying about others do rather than what we do ourselves. Derby have to win 4 while we lose 4 for them to go above us.

Looking at the last 10 games form table, it looks pretty much even for the top 10 teams, apart from Udders, who have won 8 out of 10 the rest are all on 4, 5, 6 wins in the last 10.

We've got to stop worrying about other teams and focus on ourselves instead. Derby will need to win 4, while we lose 4, for them to overtake us.

It looks like Hudds are peaking far too early. I suspect they will have their bad run by Mid March to April, which is the last time you want it.

Not worrying SG, It just seems a lot of fans seem fixated on the current top six winning and losing, whereas IMO the danger is from below. I couldn't care less if we finish third or sixth and then it only means something if we win the playoffs. Of course you're right if we go on a good run again we won't have to worry what anyone else does.
