Conspiracy theory time.

This just occurred to me while I was writing the other long assed post.

MC is still pulling the strings (not a surprise there) with a view to reduce operating costs and overheads over the summer "quiet period". Contracts will be terminated, players will be sold, the coaching staff will be minimised, the training ground shut off and all rented items sent back to respective companies.

Exactly the same measures introduced last year in order to bring the books back in line.

Believable3 Unbelievable3

20 Apr 2015 17:12:35
When MC took over the opinion on him was varied, with a lot of fans not wanting him an the club. eventually he won us over with his talk of buying Leeds Utd old assets back, trimming of the squad and dealings in the transfer market. We even loved his 2 finger salute at the FL while they tried to oust him, when he had financially made the club a better place.

But now, with him away from the dressing room and the club he appears to messing things up and the fans and the media are now pitching up against him, with all concerned thinking the shenanigans are a joke.

Regardless of whether he has interfered with the club (but as most, I highly doubt he hasn't), the sporting director has left, this after suspending the assistant coach, the chap left in charge while he was away has left and no-one at the club seems to know what is going on. We seem massively understaffed (with Redders now on the training ground on his own without support, setting out cones and drills) and the hierarchy dropping like flies. Next home game fans would probably be expected to brink packed lunches after the kitchen is closed out.

With all this going on, I am hardly surprised that the results have suffered, but this season is just petering out with no real momentum to be taken to next year and I think this where we will suffer in the long run. I just hope we have someone in place at the top next year that can really crack on with this club, because with the events that have gone on in the last few weeks we have gone massively backwards.

Good post - I was one of the many who could see through Cellino.

No one can deny that he is a liar - example sacking of NcDermott and failues to buy back ER, no one can deny he has been convicted of taz evasion re yacht and probably a second one coming for the Range Rover. This man is toxic and we must continue to pray that some individual or organisation will come to our rescue.

On the football side he does not understand english football and will never allow any coach a free hand to do his job.

May his reign be as short as possible

Anyone who thinks Grayson or anyone else will want to work for this Tyrant and the joke of a board need their head seeing too. These lot are giving Bates a run for their money. Cellino out and someone decent in.

I think Grayson would tbh he's probs one of few managers who would

They all have to go quick.

getting bored of these posts. mangers will work for who ever chealsea, villa, man city watford, newcastle, millwall in fact find a club tha don't sack managers often or have say in transfer polciy now days. they all get managers, mangers sacked get great pay outs and it don't affect future job prospects. it is all part of he game aanyone with half a brain knows tha. who would manager leeds? anyone at lower club, anyone ou of job anyone in lesser eague who wants crack at england. who won't manage leeds anyone a higher/bigger club. repeatre this processs for who would manage any said given club. leedss could sack a manger once a week and still not be short of decent cadidnates until end of never. any one who thinks idfferent don't get modern football, it is not he 70's

Come on people, how are we ever going to properly see the potential of Redders if he constantly undermined by both players & board and having his number 2 taken away from him. He is doing absolutley everything, probably even making the bloody tea too. Our club is never going to succeed if we don't have decent owners who support the coach with money & decent players. let's face it the January transfer window was a complete waste of time with players not medically assessed & possibly crap too. I'm not saying Redders is the answer but let's stop giving him a hard time. We can't judge him on the way he has been treated and Morison said it has been like this all season. We only have scratched the surface of what actually has gone on behind the scenes. Give the man some respect and the tools to do his job.

Believable6 Unbelievable3

20 Apr 2015 14:09:01
I agree think redders is getting all this stick but its not under goods conditions. Everyone says how hard it is with a number 2 where you can both discuss things because its a lonely place for redders at the minute on he's own all the time.

Agree4 Disagree3

20 Apr 2015 15:17:47
Awwwwh poor Redders! We have seen his potential, the same potential he should at Scarborough etc, where he got sacked! If it wasn't MC in charge, he wouldn't have got anywhere near the Leeds United job with his track record!!

Agree3 Disagree4

20 Apr 2015 18:29:50
So you know for a fact then kjc that no other owner would of put him in charge?

Agree0 Disagree1

20 Apr 2015 20:10:51
I don't believe anyone in their right mind would give him the job matty! We all know that MC is not your typical owner, to say the least! The job is too BIG for him fullstop!

Agree3 Disagree1

20 Apr 2015 22:15:48
Why is the job too big. We are hardly a big club anymore. Was the job too big for OLeary, a man with little or no experience just like Redfern?!

Agree1 Disagree0

20 Apr 2015 22:50:53
Exactly my point! Any experience manager, with the money O'Leary had at his disposal would have won something! Look at some of the signings he made for big money! O'Leary won nowt!! Also that's when we started on the slippery slope to where we are now! Leeds not a big club anymore?? I believe we are!!

20 Apr 2015 23:11:38
But you don't know if there good enough until given the chance n even now I don't think its a fair chance tbh

Agree0 Disagree0

21 apr 2015 08:58:44
yes at end of day mc should run the football affairs and the coach run the football . letting him know who he wants in and out . but i think needs good experience assistant behind him

Further to my last post re having a bit of class, MC's comments on the Charlton 6 is saying that it is NR fault as he is trying to cause an argument with management.

Ha enough said it is clear MC/Management is doing stuff behind (not so behind) scenes to put NR in an impossible position.

Just tell the guy what we all know, i.e he won't be manager next year.

Believable5 Unbelievable2

Doing the right thing, having a bit of class, these things can't be bought, they are not about money it is just something you decide to do or not.

I don't mind Steve M saying what he did because it shows that the people running OUR club have no class at all.He is still a rubbish forward but I respect him for saying he felt sad for NR because for me, any normal person/professional would feel for NR trying to get most out of the team in the last 5-6 weeks. It has been sad.

At some stage if 99% of people think you are mad then by definition you are and I fear OUR club has become this, mainly because of no clear leadership from the top. I'm not a fan either way of NR but leadership comes from the top and the club appears to have no structure, no strategy, no hope.

Football is an information business and you would think that while the club does not have to comment on all rumors, it would at this stage say what it is going to do, present a vision moving forward, if only to help season ticket sales so makes commercial sense as well.

MC has paid his money so he needs to decide what he wants to do and put a strategy in place otherwise this mass of negative feeling towards OUR club will continue and crowds at home will continue to go down and the team will never reach its potential.

Also even David the hock had help, all managers have assistants so why do we deny NR this, it is like trying to do the job with one hand, no one could really, just seems unfair to me. You either give someone the tools/time to do the job or just get rid, but this way of doing things (death by a 1000 cuts) is. well cruel and shows MC has no class.

Believable4 Unbelievable1

20 Apr 2015 15:09:11
Yes you have to be mental if you keep making the same mistakes over and over again and think the outcome will change, that is the definition of madness, so MC is officially mad, means he failed fit n proper test on another level for sure ha ha!

20 Apr 2015 10:02:38
Glad to hear our owner thinks he is more f. d up than our fans
Oozes class dosent he
No wonder he never won anything before. The f. Head ( his words! ) dosent learn by his stupid mistakes over the last 20 years. We've got no hope!
Jeez. what a mess!

This red bull is just speculation.
Didn't they come out and flat deny it when they could have just stayed quiet?
Think we are clutching at straws and just hoping at some point something positive is going to happen.
Clearly. The cellino- Reddders-Players relationship we currently have is not working!
only the removal of cell. Redd. And half the players will improve our club now.
So. If not red bull. Let's hope for someone normal to buy us!
